Hey guys, 3 years ago I had my penis kicked out, and since then I've developed ED.
I can have sex lying down and doggy style.
I can no longer have sex standing up or sitting down.
Do you think all positions are important for a woman?
Should I stay on pills, or do you think I should use injections or implants to become a complete man again?
Or will the woman who loves me want me in the positions where I can have sex?
I'm 32 years old. I'd like to know your opinion, because I haven't had many girlfriends!

Don't get an implant. You will lose that feeling of blood and life inside your erectile bodies. And if you're unlucky you can also get nerve damage.

Who cares if one woman rejects you for sexual limitations. Look after your health

Bambino09, just out of curiosity what happens if you try to have sex sitting down or standing? I think if your ED is worsening you can try injections and see how they work for you. For me, they worked great at first for a while. Some combinations really made my dick hurt. So yeah, I got amazing but painful erections.... what fun is that. You may, however, have a differenrt experience. So I would give that a try if recommended by your doc. I am two weeks post op, and very pleased so far. Haven't even used my bionic toy yet, but I like the look and feel of it. Doesn't even look like there's an implant in there.

BTW, I respect Mark1974's opinion but you won't be able to tell the difference that there's an implant in there if the right implant and surgery are done. I have an AMS 700CX and my dick feels normal. Yes, right now a little sore but its been 2 weeks since the big day. My only regret is not having done it sooner!

Good point!
After the implant and initial recovery problems, the feeling of an implanted penis is great, you have a functional dick again and most important, on demand, whenever you want, how long you want and without having to prepare yourself with pills or injections, you can have sex anytime you want.

I'm not picky about sex, but I can understand why someone might get bored with me if I can't please them!
I'm not very happy with the sex I provide.
I'm afraid I won't like the implant.
There are too many questions and few answers.
I'm not ready to make a decision.
I really appreciate your opinions because they help me have courage and face my problems.
Before, I was afraid to talk to women because I couldn't have sex.
When I talked to a guy and he encouraged me to try, I was able to have sex again, despite having a venous leak.
I think having a girlfriend could give me courage. Now that I'm single, it's not in my best interest to make any decisions!

You could also look at as it's more in your interest to make decisions, so that you can find and satisfy a girlfriend!

Bambino09, as before, I can't answer your specific questions, but can offer an opinion. There's lots of positions. If a woman would break up with you because you can't do a couple of them, she's probably not "the right one". Did you follow up with your Dr on the injection trials ? If so, I'm sure you and your Dr talked about reducing the dosage to avoid priapism ? I don't know much about venous ligation, but have seen several posts with pros/cons. You might want to search on that. I searched on "ligation" and got 449 matches.

I've had two injection trials, one with 20mcg of Caverject and the other with 10mcg, and both have given me priapism!
The injections do work, but the erection doesn't go away. Both times I had an erection for over 3 hours!
The urologist told me I might be sensitive to the medication and might never be able to use injections!
The pills help, but they aren't very reliable.
Maybe I'll try DTS ligation!

nothing is as good as a blood filled dick. Dont jump to implant less all other options are gone. I have an implant and can only get off with me on my side and her on her back with right leg raised. She loves it with fingering and occasional going down on her. use all your talents.
