For those implanted, particularly inflatable implants, how does the inflated sensation compare to a natural or injection sensation?

I love the swollen, intense pressured feeling I get after taking an injection like my dick is pulling forward and up into the sky.

How different is the implant feeling? Still like that or like having a rolling pin glued to your groin?

For me most injections were painful. I am not talking about the injections itself but the medicine itself. And yes I did try many different combinations.
