It's been awhile since I have posted. I'm almost approaching my 2 year anniversary for my implant. I must say life has been good. My mind is no longer flooded with thinking about my dick not working and no longer deal with the anxiety of not feeling like i cant perform properly to satisfy a woman. Now, they are calling me back and wanting to take another trip on the bionic express.
About 5 months after getting the implant I ended up getting in a long term relationship. We had wild and crazy sex for months. In the beginning, I struggled a little with ejaculation problems, but after enough time went by I was able to cum, but it was difficult. I even had some scenarios when I came in like 5 minutes of sex.
The relationship ended in December, and I've slept with 8 girls since and only one has been able to make me cum and that was through Oral. I don't know if this is in my head or what? But its becoming a problem for me. I don't think sex feels as good as it did before the implant, but I'm ok with the trade off. I am able to make myself cum if I'm alone in my bed jerking off.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Can anyone offer any help with this problem I have to get over this hump?
Thank you
ejaculation

Re: ejaculation
Been dealing with the same! Nearly impossible to ejaculate with PIV. My Dr suggested getting on 5mg of daily cialis to help with nerve regeneration and also pumping less during intercourse.

Re: ejaculation
Guys, check your meds. Side effects of many can lead to sexual issues.
I had some delayed orgasm issues prior to implant, and wasn't able to cum for about 2 months after implant, and then it took a lot of action. I mean a lot! Figured the nerves were messed up from the surgery, and maybe they were, but ...
That's when I researched my meds. Gabapentin is a problem for some, and so I took myself off that. Not much help.
Sertraline (Zoloft)! That was my culprit. I was on a low dose for several years for anxiety (25 mg). However, I dropped it and a week later I came with much less effort. And that was no one-time thing.

ED worsened over 25 years, likely VL. Went through pills and injections, and results faded over time. Implant AMS 700CX, 21 cm, no RTE, on 6/3/24.
Re: ejaculation
I’ve dealt with very similar issues and they started way back when I began to have bad ED issues and only got worse as the ED got worse. Immediately after implant I continued to struggle but it seemed after 6-8 months it started to get better. After a year and then into the second year it seems to come and go with nothing seeming to connect the issues. I can go along for months with mo issues and then out of nowhere I simply can’t finish. I have used a low dose cialis pretty much non stop since implant and have tried pumping a little less than max and every variable in between. I can’t blame it on the implant because it was an issue for several years prior. Think it’s definitely some psychological and some physical but does seem that when I don’t worry about it as much it’s less of a problem. I’m going to say it’s a deeply rooted issue stemming back to the terrible ED issues I suffered prior to implant. I asked my GP and she said it’s also very much an age issue and a very common one at that especially approaching 60 and above. That’s just my two bits.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong
Re: ejaculation
4 months post-op. I’m experiencing delayed ejaculation with PIV. I'm brushing it aside as a “happy accident” that lets me have longer sessions, but it’s still an accident I guess. I like to call this a quickie disability. Sometimes it's really delayed with PIV and I finish off with a toy. With a malleable, I don't have the luxury of inflating upto 80%.
I'm not a neuroscientist, but I looked up and there may be some damage/trauma of the dorsal penile nerve. There could also be a disruption of autonomic fibers can also impact ejaculation.
(autonomic fibers are nerve fibers that transmit signals within the autonomic nervous system, which regulates involuntary functions like heart rate, digestion, and breathing.)
Neurapraxia:
Mild crush/traction. Myelin sheaths stunned but axon intact.
(Myelin sheath is a fatty, insulating layer that surrounds nerve fibers, it's like the plastic coating around an electrical wire, allowing for faster and more efficient transmission of electrical impulses along nerve cells.)
(Axon is long, slender projection of a nerve cell (neuron) that conducts electrical impulses away from the neuron's cell body (also called the soma)).
Recovery:
Recovers in less then or equal to 3 months.
Axonotmesis:
Axon disrupted but connective tubes still guide regrowth.
Recovery:
2-4 months up to 12–18 mo for full maturation
Neurotmesis:
Nerve completely transected or trapped in a scar.
Recovery:
If present even after 2 yrs, no meaningful recovery unless surgically repaired (graft or neurolysis) by a neurosurgeon.

Re: ejaculation
Check your meds was a good suggestion but for me what cured my inorgasmia was getting my hormones in line, and not the typical TRT stuff. You need your estrogen in the sweet spot, 25-35, then I would recommend trying the below. Those directly stimulate lh/fsh which is in charge of your sexual system. When I first started off with Gonadorelin it flat out cured me in 5 days and by 2 weeks I was having the strongest orgasms of my life, other friends I recommended it to took 2-4 weeks to get gains. That will massiviely increase sensitivity and that brain dick connection that gets lost when your on TRT. Other people swear by DHT Gel and DHT derivatives like Proviron, Masteron, for me those did help but not much.
Gonadorelin - 200–300 mcg 2x/day - To get 300 mcg of gonadorelin from your 10 mg vial mixed with 3 mL, draw 9 units ( best is 100 4-6x a day)
* Enclomiphene - 12.5 mg/day (AM, oral). Up to 25 mg/day
* HMG - 75 IU 3x/week (Mon/Wed/Fri, subQ). Up to 150 IU 3x/week
These are three drugs recommended by a specialist in fertility clinic to me years ago, I never took them till recently because I had heard some much good about TRT, well, live and learn because for sexual function the only thing that touched it was those. but if your estrogen is out of line that is a death sentence for my body, you have to keep that in check. Other guys claim no issues with high estrogen but I sure had way more sex game when I started dosing the right amount of my aromatase inhibitor.
If your not on TRT, I would recommend, get on TRT and get your estrogen in line. If that doesnt work then try just Gonadorelin, if you get great gains from that switch over to Enclomiphene and HMG and drop your dosages back on the Gonadorelin (unless you dont mind injecting multiple times a day.)
use Grok or Chatgpt if you have questions around them or talk to you Doctor, but I am telling you they sure worked for me with very similar issues.
I cant say this strong enough, get your estrogen in line, if your estrogen is high, here is what Grok says about it: Low estrogen is even worse.
Hi Estrogen sides:
Increased body fat, especially around the chest (gynecomastia)
Low libido or erectile dysfunction
Mood swings, irritability, or depression
Fatigue or low energy
Water retention or bloating
Decreased muscle mass or strength
Hot flashes or night sweats
Infertility or reduced sperm count
Brain fog
Decreased penile sensitivity
