Do bigger implants lead to a bigger penis? (revisions)

Thanks for sharing Irishguy! Have you taken any preliminary measures? Are you still partially inflated?

And do you like the new implant more or not? I know some guys do not like it when it goes too much into the glans. How far up the glans is it?

By the way, do you recommend Ralph?

I saw your first post from 2013 where you had los 2 inches in length. Did you end up recovering all of it?

Entirely possible, but he is a unicorn. Zero gains out number him. Don't count on getting his results. Odds are way against a 2cm length increase even if you got a 2cm longer implant..

I haven't been able to find it using the search function, if you are able to find it let us know (searching old posts in the forum can be tricky sometimes)

Found it! It was in a private correspondence; user ED2013 told me he gained “over a 1/4 of an inch” with revision. Not 2 cm; my mistake!

Almost two and a half months later, I've gained a little length, and maybe I'll gain a little more because the pain is quite severe when cycling. But the big difference in having more inflatable parts for now is the angulation. Now it's between 2 and 3 o'clock. I've gained thickness at the base. I had an hourglass shape at the base due to an injury. With the previous implant, 15 and a half years ago, the doctor didn't tell me anything about cycling, but this time he insisted I cycle twice a day. The protocols have changed. Cycling is very painful, and in my case, perhaps a little more so because of the hourglass shape, but this time I think I'm doing things better because the narrowness at the base is easing.
Today, two and a half months after the revision, I've gained a little length, but above all, it's better shaped, has better angulation, and the dent at the base is correcting... but there's a lot of pain during and after cycling. But it's worth it

i had a revision started with basically a AMS 18cm LGX in 2017 little over 6 years......... on revision received a AMS CX 21cm in 2023 i didn't gain any length but didn't loose any either i did gain some girth with the CX hope that helps some
