yes, absolutely, less inflation allows more blood flow for to the glans and increases sensitivity.

Nico you are right, in one position you can see the "third" testicle.
Is he known to have an implant?

wow. his dick looks great. It looks totally natural. I have to say I have seen some implanted dicks that really don't look natural, very flat, dreaded "surfboard" look and the glans looking weird and stretched. Thats probably my main worry atm.

Yeah, it definitely looks like he has a pump in there. But his cock is more curved (upward) than any implant I’ve ever seen.

But it looks great regardless.
