I've got a lot going through my mind today. A pump scare (because I'm a newbie) this morning hence the question about Tencio pumps earlier. Got it resolved because it was operator error. Shocking I know!
Moving on...I finally got my implant to deflate all the way. At first I was so excited. It felt great, looked great, and then I noticed a little crinkle on my left cylinder as my penis pointed towards the ground. I assume that's a tiny dog ear. Of course I go into instant research mode about dog ears, and the AMS700CX. I don't care about the aesthetics of the tiny crinkle. It's barely noticeable, and primarily by touch. I worry about crinkles/dog ears causing fatigue over time, and ultimately failure. I'm simply trying to stack the cards in my favor.
My plan was to pump up a little bit to remove said crinkle, and go on about my business. My doctor wants me to keep my penis pointing to the sky until my 6 week check up. That's fine, it's a non-issue. What I discovered is that no matter what position you place your penis in, there will always be some sort of fold or crease in your cylinders. I'm curious how all of you gentlemen stow your bionic penis for concealment, comfort, and to mitigate the potential fatigue/failure points caused by bending the cylinders.
How do YOU stow your penis when not inflated?
How do YOU stow your penis when not inflated?
52 years old. ED since early thirties. Pills initially worked, but became ineffective. Pre-op size 7.25" X 5.5" girth. Implanted by Doctor Kadee Thompson May 8th, 2025 with 24 CM AMS700CX-Tenacio pump. 1CM RTE on left and 2CM RTE on right.
Re: How do YOU stow your penis when not inflated?
Mine just hangs out in my underwear, same as before! Though I often wear separatec briefs, I like to give my guy a little home.
But generally I don’t sweat it. Cylinder failure is rarely an issue in device failure.
Overall, your cylinders are going to expand and soften over time. Whatever you are experiencing now is unlikely to be what you are experiencing in a month, much less a year.
Right now the whole thing feels foreign and weird. But eventually you will barely notice it. That’s partially because you get used to it, but also partially because the device gets broken in and becomes just part of your body.
Follow your doc’s advice on pointing upright for now, but there really isn’t a one-size-fits-all way to stow your cock. You’ll figure out what works for you eventually.
Have fun!

50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.
Re: How do YOU stow your penis when not inflated?
For the first 6 weeks I wore a babysock over my penis for comfort. I wore it pointing up by wearing a jockstrap with a horizontal slit cut just under the waistband so the glans could poke out and not be crushed by the waistband.
I wore a pair of boxer briefs over that so I wasn’t bare assed all day.
After that I switched back to Krakatoa trunks. My penis pointing down and to the left. Just like before. Very comfy.
I tried Sepretec and David Archy and didn’t care for them. You’ll just have to try a few things. But start with what you wore before. It may be what you prefer.

Re: How do YOU stow your penis when not inflated?
I'm almost 12 weeks post op. Like a lot of guys I've become a shower and I've had to find ways to stow my now much larger flaccid dick when not in use. I've always had a slight bend to the right, which the implant surgery has exaggerated. So I now automatically "dress to the right".
Previously I could centre everything in my underwear but that's no longer possible. So I usually just let it hang to the right, which is where it wants to go naturally. So far that's the most comfortable position and it can also make my bulge less obvious, depending on what I'm wearing. I still wear the same underwear, which is mainly stretchy synthetic boxer briefs, or bikini briefs in the same type of fabric. Note that everything moves around when I sit, exercise and so on. So my dick doesn't necessarily stay in the same position all day. I haven't worried about bending the cylinders etc as I assumed the implant components were designed around typical human activity. I now feel very comfortable and don't generally notice it too much.
During the 6 weeks pre activation that I was partly erect 24/7, I kept it pointing up and wore much tighter briefs to keep it in place.

Re: How do YOU stow your penis when not inflated?
4 weeks post-op I try to keep it up but it bends and naturally fall on my tight side. I move it when I can but otherwise keep it on the right side pointing east. I like to see women staring at that thing
.
On first days I pressed on the cylinder in the junction between the pubic bone and the base of my penis. This helped me point it up avoiding a hurting up position and this way I could also pull a little bit on it making sure I had a good angle

p.s. I sometimes go "commando" if just going out for a local walk or short hike with few if any people around. That is a really comfortable way to go but everything hangs free and is very obvious, so not suitable for crowded public places or other situations where concealment is required.

Re: How do YOU stow your penis when not inflated?
Is yours a Titan or LGX. The Titans have the reputation of not being as soft when not inflated, but even so with the LGX ,,also 21 cm,I am on my 3rd revision due to tearing where it necessarily must bent.
In the cooler months I leave it semi erect, which means 8 inches down my leg, but my track pants are loose enough to absorb it in the folds. It’s 45 mm wide at base , and doesn’t get much smaller than 21 cm, even when as flaccid as it gets.
Have a had a few glance and smiles …But and constantly checking myself out in mirrors, and I never see anything in the way of cock.
Speedos or Aussie bums are a bit to much though.
Has your wife or friends remarked About you new-found obvious horniness?
Or would you rather be more subtle.
21 cm is way above average. You must be used to the attention!!?

Thanks robnine, mine is also an LGX. Sorry to hear you've had so many problems due to tearing, I haven't heard of that.

I wear it to the side ussually, same way i was wearing it before having an implant. Sometimes i leave a few pumps in (maybe the belief that that could help gain size but not sure if it makes any difference). I don't get any discomfort from dog ears or anything like that.
Implanted October 11, 2024, Dr Karaman. Infla10 AX 20cm +1cm RTE.

Re: How do YOU stow your penis when not inflated?
Johndoe, I agree with LetoMan, it’s just like my old dick. It finds its happy place. I do have the Boston Scientefic AMS LGX, which their implants are more natural feeling when flaccid.
I am a shower now, rather than a grower so my wife would be concerned about my package showing out in public. lol
She doesn’t say as much now, not unless I wear something reveals more or is a certain color. Gray sweat pants are the worst for revealing your package, so I only wear those around the house.
I mainly like to pull mine up toward my navel but I’ve found that sometimes it likes to go downward against my left leg. It seems to be more concealed on my left leg, if it is totally flaccid.
I’m not single, but I was, I’d probably left it hang down my left leg with some pumps in it for show! Lol
You’ll find it a happy place!
