I see a lot of people talking about malleables vs ipp, but reality is almost nobody had both implants to test which one is better in real life.

there are a few . "the driver" is one of them . He had 4 ipps in three years if i remember right, and threw in the towel with the ipps . And much prefers his malleable, as does his wife .

Ready to go, Even though I had a titan and just had the revision with ams cx I agree with you, apart from all the things you listed which are all right, every time I have a meeting, I have to worry, when to pump? And up to what percentage? Then once with the girl you have to give the last pumps without letting her notice, the pump in the balls, the tubes that you think will break sooner or later, the discomfort in the scrotum, rehabilitation of at least 1 year, I think the problem of the malleable is 1, find a master of malleables and have him do it, complete service with filler

im waiting for my broke leg to heal ,then ill get HA filler either in Thailand or s,korea .
if you can find a doctor who doesn't destroy the cavernous with the dilator and doesn't go inside it at all , that is the best .

But Thailand has relatively expensive implants . i was quoted 8,500 in US $, for a mallaeble , and only one brand to choose from . hard pass on that for me .

But Thailand has relatively expensive implants . i was quoted 8,000 to 9200. one in US $, for a malleable , depending on the brand , so they do have options . But hard pass on that for me .

I think that the "mandatory" choice between malleable and inflatable I think that many times the size of your penis is decisive, both in circumference and length, if someone is 7" in length and 6" in circumference, even if he loses 3/4 of an inch in length that in circumference is one thing, if someone starts with 6" by 5" it's another matter, are there users who started with smaller measurements like 6x5 and haven't lost anything? finding yourself with 4 and 1/4 of circumference is not the same thing, that's why sometimes you are forced to take an inflatable, with a 7x6 I would take a malleable for life

I found his website. It seems to be $2500 for 6ml. It is not very cheap, cheaper than usa, but not super cheap.

Edit: Do you know any direct contact with Dr Kim? I think that website leads to an intermediary in USA and not the real doctor in Korea.
