Re: A Unique Set of Circumstances
I think if you're over 7 inches I wouldn't do the LGX go with the CX or a Titan. I think there's too much flexibility in the implant with an LGX when you get above 7" and guys aren't as happy with it.

Hey Chuck,
Even though I did mention the three types I analyzed, he did not suggest that I go with one brand vs the other.
This is really a convo for my urologist.
Incidentally, Cornell Weill here in NYC, one of the best hospitals in the country, only uses the Titan. I asked why that was, they said that they get the best bang for the buck by stocking one type of implant and that they are of the opinion that the Titan is the best. Of course, it could be that they get the best kick-back from Titan...

Exactly what my deep dive into ChatGPT indicated. It seems that the Titan will be the best for me.

Hey brother , there is a saying “if you want people to make a decision give them only 2 choices”, you have too much information for something that a good surgen can decide in less then a minute, go to a hi volume doctor i recommend Perito in Miami (just for refference Perito implanted 6 other guys on the day of my surgery), but any other high volume doctor is good, they have seen everything that is out there and more, go there don’t bring up the chat GPT thing you will only look nerdy, all good doctors want to give you more length and more girth, I mean duuuuuhhhh that’s what we all want that’s why we are there besides getting an erection.
Good luck
Good luck

Yes I did check my before and after pics

I had a beer can of a penis, I have a theory and it comes from my own experience, you see cilinders don’t expand much in girth so your girth will be your natural tissue plus the cilinders, I was a grower my penis could be just over an inch in a half long

Good luck

Hey Headair,
You might be overthinking this. Neither Chat GPT or anyone can provide you estimates about cylinder lengths, RTEs, or angle.
If you look at FT members signatures, compare lengths to cylinder lengths or RTEs, you will see a lot of variations. An in-person consultation with an experienced surgeon can give you a clear picture, though not accurate measurements.
Your preferences can still be considered. Your surgeon can put AMS instead of Titan if you are looking for a good flaccid look and comfort. If you end up needing 24cm cylinders, Titan will be the best choice.
Goodluck!

Good luck
Thanks for the info...I have a 6.5" natural girth, so I guess I'll prepare for girth to lose a bit. But in your pics I'd say the change isn't very noticeable.
