If I pump up real hard, I cant come, but. that is because of the pain it causes.

Have you tried pumping to less than 100% inflation ? I've read others speculate that at 100% inflation, blood flow is reduced to sensitive tissue due to pressure. And conversely, less inflation allows more blood flow for increased sensitivity. My wife and I like <100% because it follows her insides better and has more sensitivity for me 
That said, I'm almost 15 weeks post-op and still have reduced sensitivity, but it continues to improve incrementally. Maybe by 6 months ? Also I've read some guys make the most of the sensitivity they have by receiving oral.

It could also be because your uretra is compressed by the cylinders no?
