yes from day one . it has dropped as soon as i let go . i asked a doctor who was not involved with my implant -different hospital all together .
and he said ,its most likely due to my "corporal diameter "
Whether thats true idk.
i see some vids where the implant needs to be held and bent into position . not mine . i pull it up for sex . let go to stow it .
actually that is a bit disapointing to me . some might like that auto stow away result , buti would like to strut around like i did before the implant with mr wiener stickup like a flag poll . for bragging rights . i use to hang a full size towel on it . and show my gf . . she would have a big Chester cat grin .

Beats me . i had a 6-inch girth before the implant. Is that it ? i inquired of the doctor who did the implant , sabharwal/india , and one who is not affiliated , the later said its probably due to the "large corporeal diameter" thingy . sabharwal , said its normal for it to be that way, go away !. ok i made up the go away part . Personally, i think it's not normal, but it's not like i can compare my situation to hundreds of others.
but yeah, zero need to "bend" it down .it does that by itself . And pulling it up . it stays as long as i am holding it up .
its functional , stiff etc . just no 3-oclock flag pole strutting around,showing off . "in yo face !" position deal .
I also had the what's the term? Penoscrotal method .
I see most had the rods inserted through the shaft . And that it took longer to recover, more pain , from that method and sometime needed to be able to bend the shaft afterwards .
my recovery was basically easy . Just glans being sensitive and waiting to be able to swim and exercise .
but bending ? what bending ? so maybe the implant method has something to do with it falling down freely .
