Thanks Nico. I bend it all the way, in all four directions as far as I can, holding in that position for as long as I can tolerate. Which is usually about 5 to 10 seconds at this stage. My surgeon demonstrated it that way (using my dick

, then got me to try it) and also said to focus on the downward position in particular. He didn't say why, but I try and hold the down position a bit longer. I usually do the whole Perito/bending routine at least twice during each cycling session. It's less painful if you do it slowly, and how far you can bend your dick is a self governing thing. You will know when it's too much. Early recovery/cycling it's uncomfortable but I can now hold longer and bend further. I figured if the doctor wants me to do it and he didn't break anything, then I won't either. Good luck with your surgery!
