Glad to see this thread. My problems with ED started when I was younger. I could get an erection but would lose it if I didn’t use it. This gave me great anxiety which contributed to more ED problems and made me very focused on just cumming before I lost it. Needless to say my wife wasn’t that excited about sex. But our routine always included me making her cum either orally or with my fingers.
I’m about three and a half months post surgery and I’m definitely way more relaxed now and don’t cum too quickly. In fact, if I’ve done much physical activity during the day or if I’m just tired, I have trouble cumming at all. My wife is patient but not that interested in long intercourse. We’re both in our late sixties and she just wants to snuggle, touch and kiss. After about half an hour of that she just wants me to “have my fun.” But if it goes more than 10 minutes her hip and back with start to bother her. We got a chair have used it a couple of times because she’s more comfortable in that position. But sometimes it doesn’t matter - I just can’t cum. I’ve have to pull out and masterbate and as other have noted - it beat it till I’m sore before I finally cum.
I’ve gone from one extreme to the other. I’m hoping to regain some sensitivity over the next couple of months. Probably like other, I had thoughts of having this implant and going for hours but the reality now is that my back and knees start to hurt (chair position helps that) and my wife will literally have a cramp in her hip if I go too long. The first time she cramped I thought I had made her cum! It’s a good thing we can both laugh about this stuff. Anyway, I just hope to regain some sensitivity so I can enjoy intercourse for a reasonable amount of time and then cum.
