Length is currently below my max but only been about 3 months since getting the Titan and length seems to be slowly increasing. Fillers I don't really know much about but I hear they're temporary only lasting like a year and could be clumpy and kinda less attractive than tunica expansion procedure.

Did the titan make you lose length also? or you still have the same length as with the LGX?

By the way if you are worried about girth, have you considered fillers?

There are some people who posted good looking results in the forum. I remember about floridaspeedo posts after fillers. Also I know there are permanent fillers in the market. But I would try the temporary ones to make sure I like the result before going with something permanent

Long text there but the conclusion is I believe you're talking about PMMA, and it turns out it is called "permanent" because it's a dermal filler that gets stuck on your dick and its difficult or impossible to ever remove. It doesn't provide more girth permanently, because it needs repeat injections of polymethylmethacrylate and cow fat.

I think it's also an example of when medical research was performed purely for profit, becuse the source describes it as, "based on the wide experience of facial PMMA microsphere injections,21 the future of penile implantations is promising, with the expectation of a life-long effect that will be stable and safe. What we are witnessing is a shift to a wider use of injectable implants and techniques designed specifically for penile girth enhancement."

I still don't think the future of temporary girth fillers that are reapplied every year or two is very promising. Seems like the readers are supposed to realize on our own that nothing lasts forever, and these are no exceptions.

Yep, i would guess the lgx expands to at least 25+3cm rte, that would be the exact same size he has now (28cm), but he mentioned he changed brands because of girth, not becuase of length.

By the way @2435tjklAS, when you got your implant replaced, did they keep your old reservoir from AMS, or did they need to change the reservoir too for a coloplast one? and were they able to remove the old reservoir or you now have 2 of them?

I am curious as i noticed reservoir removal seems to be one of the most challenging aspects of revision and it's often left inside.

Yes, it is written in the report that they removed your old reservoir and placed a new one. You are lucky, some surgeons are not able to remove the old reservoir and you end up having 2 (one on each side of your body).

Regarding the size, it is written in the report that you had a 24cm implant (21+3), and now you have a 28, so they considered that your previous implant was too short by 4cm. Actually this is arguable, as in reality your previous implant expands in length so when inflated it should be the same.

By the way, it is written that the reason for the surgery was a malfunction in your previous implant. Is that true or you just wanted to change brand?

When I saw that on a different form I assumed it was a nice favor that got insurance to cover it almost entirely. I never told him my implant was malfunctioning.

I was looking at a study you once mentioned in the forum (i don't remember if it was in this thread or another one), where patients using VED with the LGX gained 3cm compared to pre-op. I actually looked at the study in details (as often things are hidden in the small print).

I found something interesting which may be misleading. The study claims patients gained 3cm vs their stretched length pre-op. However, their erection size pre op with intracavernose injection was much bigger than the stretched length (and this is what really matters, you have sex while erect at the end of the day).

You can see the chart in page 4

Preop Stretched length: Median 14cm
Preop Intra-Cavernose-Injection (ICI) Median Size 17cm.
Median Size erection after 48 weeks: 17cm.

In other words, the median erect length gain compared to pre-op was zero.

Let me know if i am missing something in the study.
