I’m at one month and here are some of my impressions.
Positive
1- Mechanically, everything seems to work as advertised. I can cycle without difficulty. Fucking should be no problem.
2- I got my 7 inch length back
3- when erect, I suspect girls may not know the difference
Negative
1- when not erect, I’ve got dog ears galore. Everywhere. If I partially inflate, it sticks out straight and it will not fit in my pants
2- I constantly feel like I have a hard on. The interior is packed with the bladders and it puts outward pressure on that is impossible to ignore. It is uncomfortable as hell - 24 hours a day.
3- this thing is heavy. Between the pump, which is full of fluid and the bladders, which are only partially full of fluid, I feel like I have a five pound weight hanging between my legs.
4- I still have some pain at the tip and where the tubes go into my abdomen. Also, it is simply painful to move it (like when taking it out to pee).
5- And, my biggest issue is that I am still numb. I’ve been told that it could take up to 6 months to regain sensitivity, but I have to admit I spend a great deal of time obsessing over what happens if the feeling does not return. Before all of this began, I had sensitivity and with a blow job, was able to have an orgasm just fine. If I’ve lost this ability, then this whole thing has been a giant failure. My doctor simply says, feeling should return … not really reassuring.
There you have it. Thanks for reading.

Don’t overthink orgasm yet. You’re early in the game. The constant feeling of having a hard on will eventually go away, and you’ll get to hate deflation. The look and feel of having a hard dick is so appealing that you won’t want to let it down, I assure you.
The numbness you’re feeling is also temporary. Each of us gained back that sensitivity at different times, so we can’t tell you when it’s going to return for you. There was trauma to your dick, my friend. Time will heal all in good time.
I’m 18 months into my new reality, and at 80, enjoying my bionic immensely! My lady and i thought that we’d never feel the pleasure of being “connected”.
We have that feeling again, plus I still masturbate several times a week, and cycle multiple times a day, depending on where we are.
You will be fine, I assure you. Keep us posted. We’re all very interested in the progress of others and genuinely are vested in your success. HAPPY HARD ONS.

You are definitely early in the game!! Man!! One month in and back to your 7”…. That’s great. Most likely you will get a bit bigger and more girth. I noticed gains all the way out to 11-12 months. The feeling of fullness is totally normal. By 3-4 months it will start to feel normal.. by 6-8 months it will be like a new toy. By 12 months you won’t actually think about it sometimes for a day or two. Now at almost 3 years it’s just a normal dick in my pants that I can pump any time I want. I try to pump to my mood. If I’m feeling in the mood I’ll pump it up a little which nearly always leads to more. Hang in there and time will fix you right up!

Also agree with the other statements - you are still ONLY 1 month post surgery. Most people don't even get to cycle until week 6 with penescrotal surgery! I'm 130 days out (18+ weeks) and it keeps getting better.
1. Numbness shoul return to normal - or if not normal - close to it. Your doctor can't confirm it will come back because nerves are tricky - there is a possibility it might not. However --- nerves recover the slowest out of all cells - so it could take up to a year for feeling to come back.
2. The implant will soften over time - its like a rubber balloon. You know - you get it brand new - its hard to inflate - but after a few cycles it softens up - same thing here. At one month everything was uncomfortable and heavy feeling - now at 18 weeks - things feel pretty normal and they will for you as well.
3. Healing takes time. Everything you mention from pain in the tips to pain where the resevoir and tubes are - all of it takes time to heal. I know I'm not 100% healed but I feel about 90%. I have to really overwork my implant for me to begin feeling pain - discomfort happens once in a while - but I deflate and it goes away. So...give it time.
Congrats on getting your 7" back!
Best of luck in your healing journey!
