Just updating this to give you guys realistic idea of what sex may be like.

As for the revision, my advice is not to rush into another surgery as long as you have no (major) issues with the current implant. If you get a revision after 8-10 years, you can use the new one till you are about 60 years old, and maybe after 10 years new technology evolves.
