Close to a full erection with failed implant

My implant was damaged during a UROFILL procedure and all the saline solution leaked out. I’ve been using the VED until I get a revision. I’m able to get an almost full erection when aroused. I know my surgeon left a lot of original tissue but this is wild Great for oral but not quite hard enough for penetration

That’s great!! Don’t all high volume surgeons do it the same way? Why would one remove more tissue than needed when it could lead to girth issues?

Well she told me that after the operation I wouldn’t be able to get the glans to engorge. I glad she was wrong. Hope my revision looks and feels like the first I’ll be happy h
