Is Dr. Hakky a fan of AMS?

To uncircumcised considering MPP:
Subcoronal approach --> high risk of post-op paraphimosis and lifelong preputial edema. Recommend discussing penoscrotal approach.

During my online consult with Dr. Hakky he recommended the Coloplast Titan for me based on my size. He listed out a bunch of advantages of the Titan not related to size which probably indicates that he is more of a fan of the Titan. He did tell me though that he uses both AMS and Titan.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

Thank you. That's good to know.
