I live in Tampa, Fl .. Dr. Carrion at USF is my dr. His father helped invent the IPP implants back in the 70's . He is one of the largest implanters in the country and does a lot of revisions and repairs of other doctors work. Oddly he is not mentioned hardly at all when high volume implanters are mentioned. He is head of the urology dept. at USF and has fellowships there that he teaches up and coming dr's how to implant and do other surgeries. He does not really have much social media presence as many of the other dr's do I asked him one time why and he said he just does not have time.

Easymoney makes great points.

Your surgeon's experience and expertise with a particular brand are more important than anything else. If you wanted to install a Honda engine, would you let a Ford technician do the job, or would you go to a Honda specialist? It's your call! Of course, each specialist will have their personal biases, but the experience and expertise of a surgeon with a particular brand are what count for us, the consumers of the implants, for the best outcome! Choose a great surgeon and the rest is on autopilot.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this to see if you notice any red flags, as you're the best reviewer of Rigi10 on the internet in my opinion. Thanks, bro!

There is no buckles at all

After i saw the mentioned video... I never experienced anything like that ... But i think that happened due to downsizing in length & width

True, the people who talk shit about rigicon always mention that video of that dude. This is in India and probably done by a bad doctor. He was undersized hence why that happens or maybe the implant broke.

You also have other cases where people are oversized too, experience problems reported here and whatsapp group, always from India

because that doctor Sahwarbval or whatever, he didn't do his first malleable surgery, he is correcting it. All these implant problems I see are always from India

easymoney wrote:As I recently posted I have a Rigicon 10 implanted June of 2023. I was recently at my dr and we were discussing the mallabble implants. He stated that if he had used a Tactra implant with rods as big as mine 13mm I would not be able to bend it to hide it. He is not impressed with the Tactra at all he used to implant the Spectra which was the implant on the market before it was replaced with the Tactra. A Tactra or a Genesis only bends at a 90 degree angle the Rigicon bends at 135 degree I have no issues hiding it. Thedriver recently got a Genesis perhaps he can post on the hideability of his implant. Tactra also only has a 5 year warranty compare to Rigicon and Genesis having a lifetime warranty. Each dr. has their own opinion on what implants they like to use, I'm sure some of the opinion is based on the patient's own body issues. As well as perhaps the companies responses to warranty issues that may arise. We can go on about the pros and cons of each implant forever like the argument between IPP and MPP it is endless. In the end we rely on our dr's best judgement to guide us in our implant journey. My dr. is the largest implanter of mallabble implants in the country an average of 50 or so but does over 300 implants on average a year so he is an experienced implanter. At least we are offered choices in our implant journey imagine if it was only one size and brand fits all what a mess that would be.

When I went to see him for consult, he told me the same thing, that when it comes the day where he needs an implant, he would get rigicon malleable, not inflatables

My surgery with him is on may 21st, he said based on my size i may be between 12-14mm

Doctor S in India is a high volume implanter in the country. In India, the default option for implants is often malleable, especially for those who are not extremely wealthy. Even with the cost of the procedure, including flight, hotel, and meals, along with a 3-day hospital stay and a 15-day hotel stay, it would still be half the price compared to the US.

If your high volume surgeon has done 1000 malleable surgeries on brand A and 10 surgeries on brand B and 0 surgeries on brand C, which brand would you choose?

For smartphones, yep, I'll chose the latest and greatest, for a malleable dildo inside my dick, man, I want the one the surgeon has a lot of experience in! I don't mind if it Rigi10 or Rigi99 or Genesis29 or whatever

point is most of these issues with malleables we see online are from India done by subpar surgeons

Doctor sabahwal and other may good surgeons, but Im sure there are countless who are not and lack the experience.

Dr. S is excellent. His videos persuaded me to opt for the Malleable route. I can't speak to his financial ties with implant companies - that's his livelihood. In India, surgeons face heavy taxation from the government, so who am I to judge his ways of earning a living. Again, regarding undersizing as the root cause of failure, did you confirm this with the surgeon, or is it your assumption?
