can any one advise me a good doctor for revision surgery ? Seems the doctor has used an oversized implant .
Implanted with rigicon infla 10 length 18 cm reservior volume 110 ml rear tip extenders length 3 cm by dr vijyant govinda gupta new delhi india on 23/05/2023.

48 year old man from India.. Suffering from ED for the past 15 years.. Considering inflatable implant..

What about Dr. Karaman in Turkey? Read good things about him here on Franktalk and he also uses rigicon

30 years old. Suspensory ligament repair with Dr. Ralph March 23.
20cm Titan OTR, no RTEs. Dr. Clavell - May 10, 23.

usa visa is not the easiest to get for me. Dr karaman is a great surgeon although dont know abt the brand rigicon.

I am curious to know why you think the implant is oversized?

When you say you are not able to pump anymore? But have managed to get from 3 to 9 pumps. Surely with time this will improve and more pumps will be possible and more hardness?
29 years old. Suffered with ED since 17. No known cause. First Implanted date 23/3/2018. Cylinders way too short and revised by different surgeon 2019. 22cm titan.
Cylinders still short and now pump is upside down and protruding. Awaiting 3rd revision

please read the whole journal buddy . there is a guy on this forum wrathx. he is writren something on implant lesson learned .may be u can go thru it .which brand u got and failed u ?
