What type of IPP? Titan?

As I understand it, the reservoirs don't fail often, it's usually the tubing and implant.

I am a national record holding competitive powerlifter. 500+ lb squats and deadlifts weekly during training in the norm.
I am also lean at sub 10% bodyfat. I have abs and definitely feel the reservoir.
I don't worry about hurting my implant in any while while lifting. I'm not reckless. I don't bang any weight near my groin.
Any typical weightlifting movement you do aside from maybe really deep lunges is going to put any particular strain to the actual implant.

You're fine. Lift away. The amount of muscle mass you have is linked in multiple studies to longevity and qualify of life for older guys.
50 yrs old - 1st implant at 24 years old in 97 Ams 700. Failed 03
6.5" / 5.5 girth natural erection w/ failed implant
Revision done 2/20/23 done by Dr. Levine Rush University Chicago - AMS 700 CX 21cm + 2cm/1.5 RTE - Currently 6.7" / 5.75 girth

I asked him about lifting and his two word response to me was... "lift away"

I never feel the reservoir. Lift hard all muscle groups. but only do cable crunches. I was very cautious with the core stuff the first couple of months, going light. Don’t squat anymore either (knees), just hack squat.

Would this mean that yoga is a risky activity with an implant? There are lunge-like stretches in yoga that really pull the muscles and tendons down there. Poses like these: https://www.mondaycampaigns.org/wp-cont ... r-pose.png . Would you advise against those poses/yoga too?

I lift weights and run on a weekly basis. I have tight abs and I do feel the reservoir if I pay attention to it but I easily ignore it. I also do nauli kriya regularly (yoga abdominal exercise, just check it out) which makes the reservoir pretty apparent and no problem at all

Thanks bros
So Im thinking, if most of you feel and are aware of reservoir too, Just wanted some confirmation that mine wasn’t being harmed as things get tighter in the ab region. My reservoir had to be re position ed from the first op. It was clearly sticking out on right side, thus my appreciation. Feel confident now to lift away.

I've been powerlifting and bodybuilding since I was a teenager so over 30 years.
The last 10 years has been almost all powerlifting but I do work on the show muscles for my wife.
I am actually stronger now than I have ever been.
