I know this topic has been discussed a good bit, but I’m hoping to get some insight and advice to my situation. I haven’t posted about this because my sexual adventures have been sporadic with different women not really seeing them more than twice.
Recently, I have begun to see a young lady a bit more often and things have really been progressing towards a relationship. She does not know I’m implanted, but I did tell her I had surgery on my scrotum from an accident. I explained that is lowered my sensitivity for being able to ejaculate.
I have now had sex with her 5xs with no luck. The only time I have been able to cum was by finishing myself with my hand. I did have one other woman that was able to get me off by oral.
I did not have a problem cumming before the surgery.
I’m starting to panic a little bit because this is really important to be able to finish.
I’m wondering if this is in my head or the sensitivity or probably a combination ?
I’m 6 months post op so I know it may take longer to get to the place I want to. I’ve been taking daily cialis and this has seemed to help a little.
I’ve heard of people say try trimix gel? Is this something I could get Dr. Clavell to prescribe or would I have to find a local urologist ?
Any other suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Hey. trimix gel will not help you orgasm. At least I don't think that it will. I used it for my floppy head and it did work but it can be quite painful due to 1 of the three meds in trimix. I'm over one year in and having an orgasm is still only manual. Having plenty of sex and at times I've come close to having an orgasm inside of her . I've gotten used to it all. The sex is great and thats that. Maybe someday I'll be surprised. Its different for everyone so hoping you get there. And the gel has to be ordered by a dr and it is quite expensive. if you end up trying it, i'd suggest only getting a small amount at first to try it and please oh please begin with the smallest dosage. DO NOT go with the dr's recommended suggestion. I'm talking from experience of two years injecting and gel. Use too much, even if its a little too much.......it can be very, very painful. I eventually stopped the gel at the lowest dosage possible and now I dont even need it. The floppy head has pretty much corrected itself over time.

I wonder if the trimix gel helped the glans heal after surgery? It would make sense that blood flow would do this.

I had the same problem and my doctor said use Cialis for daily use (now a generic and cheap), or Cabergoline, a supplement. Both helped a great deal and since the Cabergoline is so inexpensive I opted for that after a time. It is frustrating to be unable to ejaculate, especially during oral sex when my wife's exhaustion is apparent. Now 2 years out, the problem is much better. I think it also helped to regularly ejaculate (2-4 times for week), one way or another.

Did your urologist prescribe this Cabergoline?

It is an over the counter supplement and not doctor prescribed.

I am pretty sure that cabergoline is a prescription medication

Wouldn't the Trimix gel on the glans be a transfer problem to the partner during intercourse and oral?

Regarding especially oral it wont be an issue when after a few minutes the gel in already absorbed. Intercourse you could say the same thing. The gel will not be an issue either way. If you got oral immediately after inserting gel then sure the taste will be there which she will not like.

The gel is simply a temporary fix. My floppy head at first was very discouraging. All of this healing takes time. The gel will not help it become a permanent fix unfortunately. There are a procedure or two available but invasive and one of them was no guarantees. My understanding regarding Urofill is that they can inject the head. Some say yes to this where others say no. My surgeon says yes so we will see when I get those injections for girth.

Franklin, I think that it’s just gonna take more time to get full sensitivity back, all of us are different and heal at different rates.
It could be what you think the problem is by watching too much porn, so hopefully you can do better in that area.
For me it was 10 weeks before I could cum inside my wife with PIV sex and it was still hit or miss having pain in my shaft while the nerves healed. It was much better at the 6 month point.
My wife in the past has had a stinging reaction to my cum/sperm at least that’s what she thinks it is, so I wear a condum when we have sex. Some guys have problems cuming when they use a condom but it doesn’t bother me.
My wife and I French kiss a lot while having sex and it really gets her motor and mine revved up. I like to take it slow, grinding slow, pushing deep inside her slow. For me if I really start aggressively banging her when she’s ready, only when she is ready, I can cum pretty quick. I rarely watch porn, but when I mastrubate to porn, I can cum super quick.
One of my FT 69 YO friends had the similar problem but now he is good to go with orgasms, I think it took him around 4 months.
For me an increased speed while fucking my wife gets me to orgasm faster and I also like to watch her tits bounce and move which is a turn on and gets me there sooner also.

Good Luck brother.

I had a pretty bad issue with this the first 6 months after implant. It gradually started getting noticeable better around 6 months and by 10-12 months was a rare occasion! Now 21 months post implant I rarely ever have an issue and actually can pretty much cum on demand as I used to be able to when I was 20-30 years younger! Guess it just takes time for nerves to regenerate after surgery!

Did your urologist prescribe this Cabergoline?

Actually, I got this wrong. She gave me a Px for the Cabergoline and it was Rohimbe that was the supplement. Sorry about that.

Thank you SW for the words of encouragement and advice. I have chosen to give up masterbation and porn. Hopefully, give up porn for good. I intend to only use my tool with my new girl and see how it goes. I’m thinking I need to be more patient also. Sounds like close to a year this problem goes away.

I’m gonna give it more time like you said. Hopefully, I’ll come out the other side of this in the next few months.
