So 5 weeks after my procedure I can finally get to the deflate button. Between a tight scrotum and some swelling, it's been a challenge.
I'm hoping cycling will give me a more natural looking penis because it looks so wonky to me right now.

66 y/o. ED since chemo radiation Summer 2015, worsening over time. Pills & shots provided little efficacy. Coloplast Titan 20cm with 1.5 RTEs implanted 10/6/23 by Dr Michael Eisenberg, Stanford Medical Center.

after surgery, during my recovery weeks, my penis looked like road killed toad on a hot desert highway.
but my penis looks quite natural now. I know my surgeon is quite proud of the installation, and how it looks. In fact, look in the humor section of Franktalk, for the story of me going into surgery fully inflated.
The picture you posted; is it deflated? A small amount of inflation is often used by implanted men to smooth things out. Some also like to have a little bit of a bulge.

I'm sure it will work out like yours did. I'm still at the excited, impatient but nervous stage. But overall happy.
