Gay & titan implant

Hi everybody,

I’m a gay male (24 y/old) and am scheduled for a coloplast titan implant with the OTR pump. I’m curious about the experience of other gay male who have gotten the titan implant. Here are a few of my questions:
- How is anal sex with the implant? Feeling, hardness, etc.
- What does your partner think about the implant? Does it feel completely normal to him?
- what is the implant like deflated? Any issues to hiding it? For example in swimming shorts or fitness outfit?
- how would you rate the implant?

I have been diagnosed with an extreme poor blood inflow and seems to have symptoms of a venous leak as well.
I have tried pills which are ineffective and considering my age I refuse injections because they are inconvenient and cause scarring. I’m young, well aware, but my ed will only get worse and the only long-term solution is a penile implant. I’ve spoken to a lot of guys (also young ones) who have gotten the implant and they are extremely happy. It would take some adjustments; however it will allow me to have a relatively normal sex life without feeling shitty all the time and hopefully boost my confidence and mental state.

Cool. I agree injections aren't feasible at our age. Who are you getting the surgery with if I can ask?

Every situation is different. My partner does not like it inflated to 100% says it is too hard but I have others guys who want it hard as a rock. I tend to start at maybe 80% and as the activity heats up, I increase.

As above. When I was evaluating "Do I get an implant" I was so beaten up by ED, Trimix, pumps, just not worth the hassle. My partner suggested we have a 3 way. Turned out he was a porn star. Everyone had fun and after, the ps took my hand and placed it on his balls. He had 3 balls or as we all know it---an implant. I didn't notice the difference.

- what is the implant like deflated? I am 11 months out. At the begining dog ears were an issue but as the months clicked on, it became softer and easier to hide. Yes you will become a shower which I have no issues with depending on the environment.
Any issues to hiding it? For example in swimming shorts or fitness outfit? Hey it is there. How you package it makes a difference.

- how would you rate the implant? I am in Ft Lauderdale with a high % of gay guys. I know of 6 guys with implants and let's say they are all popular at play parties.

If you travel get Pre-Check. In Europe the scanners did not pick up my implant. In the U.S. they do. It's funny to see the screen, red where the saline solution is and yellow where the implant is. My partner stands back and laughs while he takes a picture. Some interesting times getting felt up. You have to have a sense of humor.
