Bath #2 today.
Getting better at feeling/positioning the pump. Can hold it one handed if I press it to the back of the scrotum which acts as a stop w/my index finger on the smooth spot below & opposite the deflate button w/my thumb on it on top.
Will see if this hold/positioning works tomorrow at the doc's office or not.

Swelling has gone down a bit more & donut is also gone. Almost but not quite "normal."
Questions for doc later this morning:
1) Slight headache & nausea @ morning? Caused by Bactrin?
2) Cause of dead skin on scrotum & glans immediately post-op?
3) Reason for scratches on hips; especially 1 on rt that broke skin?
4) Infrapubic incision looks larger than what I was told it would be; Why is it larger & why the rough left edge?
5)When will bruising on shaft go away?
6) When in the tub, the pump turns so that the deflate button is pointing rt. Doesn't do that out of the tub when sack is tight. Why is that?
7) Is pump really "1-touch" or do I have to hold buttom down continuously to deflate?
8) Recommended cycling schedule?

Had a 11am appt w/my doc today. They "lost" my appt but it only took 30 mins to be seen. He inflated/deflated me and watched me do the same. No problem, no pain. He's very happy. Best possible outcome in his opinion.
I'm still reserving opinion. I'm not unhappy. I just don't want to get all excited before it's proven that the implant has taken w/o any problems.
Already noticed when I deflate my penis that some saline leaks back into the cylinders giving me a nice shower. Not sure if this is the way it's supposed to be or if something is wrong w/the valve. Gotta to keep an eye on this.
Definitely makes a nice bulge in the sweatpants. Still haven't worn reg pants yet but it would be even more pronounced in them.
Have a follow up appt in 2 wks on 2/16/2023. If all's good, I'll be clear for sex and any other activity.

Not Bactrin. May be due to anethesia but it's already been 9 days since. So, no explanation for that.

Said he used a strong antiseptic that probbly caused that.
3) Reason for scratches on hips; especially 1 on rt that broke skin?
Probably from the jock strap that they put on me; too tight.
4) Infrapubic incision looks larger than what I was told it would be; Why is it larger & why the rough left edge?
He measured it and said it's exactly what it should be; 1 inch. The rough edge is the end of the suture where it was tied off. Used absorbable sutures plus glue. Suture should drop off w/in 3-4 wks.
5)When will bruising on shaft go away?
In due course. Maybe w/in a week. Can't say exactly but it will go away.
6) When in the tub, the pump turns so that the deflate button is pointing rt. Doesn't do that out of the tub when sack is tight. Why is that?
Said he positioned it so that it would move freely. So, it's not a problem if it turns. Just turn it back.

You have to hold the button down FULLY for at least 1-2 secs and then release it. Should then be able to deflate the penis w/o holding the button down after that.
8) Recommended cycling schedule?
2x/day in a hot tub for at least 3 months to encourage growth beyond my normal length. When you stop, it (growth) stops.

2nd bath today - 1st x cycling on my own at home.
Absolutely no pain. Can't seem to pump to total rigidity yet. It's hard but not rock hard.
At what I think is max pump, I can still slightly bend my dick and do the Perito exercise.
However, this level of hardness is very similar to what I use to get pre-op. So, it feels natural.
Forgot to ask how long to keep it hard each cycle.
Guess it doesn't matter as long as it doesn't hurt & as long as I don't have to leave the house. LOL!
Kept it hard for 30 mins for the 1st x but could easily go longer. May try 1hr next time.
Doc recommended to cycle it in a hot bath at least 2x a day for 3 months to maximize length.
He didn't say (& I forgot to ask) how much it can grow but I'm guessing at least 1/4-1/2" which would be fine w/me. Any more would be gravy.
No problem deflating it. Can feel the cylinders "crinkle" in my hand when I squeeze my dick to press the saline out of the cylinders which feels kind of weird.
The Titan deflate button is not exactly a "one touch." It requires a FIRM 1-2 sec HOLD & then if you release the button while squeezing your dick it will deflate w/any need to press the button any more.
Measured it Post-op "soft" & "hard":
Soft: 5" long x 5.5" girth
Hard: 5.75" long x 5.75" girth; was 6" before but reduction in swelling has reduced it further, or I'm not pumping it enough. In either, case it's ok.
Pre-op Hard: 5.75" long x 5.5" girth
Pre-op Soft: Varied bc it was a "grower" but don't think it "hung" more than 4" pre-op.
Also, because it was a grower, I use to be able to push my dick inside my abdominal cavity when I wore lycra shorts which held it in place but can't do that any more.
Gotta figure out how to store my junk now. LOL!!

Still can't get it rock hard even after I counted 40 pumps!
Can feel the saline pass thru the pump but I still may not be doing it "right."
I do however do feel the "stretch" in my dick. Not painful Very similar feel to when to using a VED pre-op.
Don't want to overdo it So, not going to cycle again tonight.

PS: After cycling twice in a couple of hours, now my sack also feels sore from pressing on the pump and deflator button so often. So there is another down side to doing "it" too much.
And 2 - 2oz shots of scotch on the rocks isn't helping to relieve the soreness all that much.

Still a little headache but no nausea this morning. It's the 1st day since surgery that I wanted to try drinking coffee again. Just brewed a cup and it went down ok.
Bath #1 today -- 3rd cycling session; 2nd in tub.
It's much more comfortable cycling in a hot tub than just sitting in a recliner watching TV (even using a heating pad to warm it up). Spent another 30 mins hard in the tub which seems to be enough for now.
Dick is still sore (not painful) from surgery and/or cycling. Soreness in scrotum from pumping/deflating has seemed to pass. Some of the bruising in the glans has diminished but haven't noticed the same for the bruising on the dick shaft and/or pubic region. Just have to be patient about this.

Neither have seemed to work. The implant just seems to want to find it's own level at about 30-40% inflated.
Also when I fully inflate the implant, it still doesn't get rock hard and after awhile I can pump it up again.
Today, I started w/30 squeezes of the pump which fully inflated it but after awhile (10 mins or so) I was able to fill it again w/10 more squeezes. It doesn't deflate quickly (which also suggests a leak). So, if I were in a long f*cking session it would be easy to fill it up again descretely but I don't think this should be happening.
If it really is a leaky valve I don't think a revision can be done for at least 6 months, so I'm just going to have to deal w/it, if that's the problem.
Will discuss it and show it to my doc when I see him next in 2 weeks on 2/16. No point bothering him w/it before then.

Did some research on this site about leaky implant pump valves. Not much there but what is there seems to point to a leaky valve.
One post suggested that 40 squeezes to pup up a Titan is not uncommon but variability in the # of sqeezes on the high end would suggest leakage.
If that's what it is, I think I'll let it go until it just doesn't work anymore. It would be a total PITA to have to do a revision to replace the pump.

Hot Bath #1 & 30 min cycle session. I start the timer after I pump the implant up to max.
Pumped w/60 sqeezes max to start; very hard and could not bend it. By end of the 30 mins, my dick got a bit softer and I could pump in 40 more squeezes to make it as hard as it was at the start.
Had a little difficulty deflating it. Took 3 tries but finally got it fully deflated BUT it reinflated itself about w/in 3 mins (I timed it) but when I squeezed my dick I could make it soft again. So, the valve was still open.
Squeezed my dick fully flacid again and the squeezed the pump 1x to (hopefully) close the valve but no matter how I do it, the cylinders still refill themselves to semi-hard (about 30-40%) in about 3 mins.
It's not totally hard or soft; can bend it a bit but it sticks straight out. Started wearing UnderArmour lycra shorts to keep my dick from pointing out all the time.
However, I enjoy nude sunbathing and getting a "complete" tan at a clothing optional resort near me and having a partial "woody" all the time could be a problem there.
So, I hope to get this "problem" sorted out before I head to the resort again this summer!
