Question to those with implants who keep having sex after ejaculation

I've heard that when the glans is not engorged, the tips can be felt and are uncomfortable for the partner.

I also know that you lose glans engorgement after ejaculation.

What do you about this or has there been no issue with discomfort from partners when glans were not engorged?

No issues here. Was a concern of mine too for post orgasm. Not a huge difference in feeling.

If you worried you can get a gel or cream prescribed that you squirt into your urethra.
In USA its called trimix gel in the UK I think we have vitarol cream. Keep everything engorged and doesn't require a needle its just a gel you push down

Agree with Rebz -- glans engorgement is retained by some (most?) implantees. But for the rest of us, we need methods/meds to achieve engorgement. I started a couple threads on the subject here -- might give you some ideas

Even those who retained engorgement will lose it upon ejaculation.

So the supposed "superpower" of implants (that you can have sex for hours) is not as good as it sounds because you need to go to the bathroom to shove gel into your urethra through a syringe, or take a high dose of a PDE-5 inhibitor.

Well no you don't "need" to. I manage without gel... its not a noticeable difference. Its not like you have a head flopping around after it's just not mushroomed. Your partner may not even notice.

Bwtbbb— sorry if I sounded like that is something others should/need to do — was out of line— it’s strictly a personal choice. For me, I enjoy the engorgement because it gives me greater sensitivity (have been having regular orgasms for the first time since my implant) and for my wife, it feels more natural. And beyond ejaculation I stay engorged.
So I neglected to add to my prior post that this is just my personal preference and, certainly, to each his own choice.

It's one of the things I love about my implant. We lie together in the bed, usually in the X position, while I'm inside her for 5 -10 minutes after I ejaculate. (X position is her on her back, legs up over me on my side, scoot in to enter)
Even if we're in doggy, I like to keep going for a good minute or two. Maybe rest a few seconds and take a few more dips.

Personally, I only engorge when I'm highly aroused. I have sex (when presented the opportunity) because I *WANT* to, regardless of arousal level. I've never had any complaints regarding the tips being uncomfortable because I wasn't engorged. In fact most times my partner(s) have marveled over how hard it can be.

Perhaps it's true that engorgement is helpful to get to climax, but I've basically decided that since I've got DE, working to get MY rocks off detracts from the mood and enjoyment of the moment for both my partner and myself, so I don't even worry about it. I can always get my "cookie" privately after our session is over if I choose to.

So while engorgement may be desirable to some degree, it doesn't make our sessions any less enjoyable if I'm not engorged.
