I haven't heard anything either... I hope he's fine! I was definitely thinking of him.
28, Titan Touch 3/22. Length + girth back. ED all life. Feeling underfilled. Only 6-7 pumps until pump stays depressed. Hardness acceptable but not very strong. Thinking about malleable implant.

Hello everybody. Apologies for letting everyone hang out here. I sincerely appreciate everyone's thoughts.
Truth be told, I'm trying to turn my mind off of things for a bit, and I probably won't be posting as oftenly for now.

I'm at day 8 post-op. The infected Titan was removed and replaced by a malleable Tactra 13mm. I know it's very early to make any judgements but I can already definitely say that I lost substantial size. I'd say around 4-5cm's (roughly 1.5 to 2 inches) and girth was for sure hit as well. The other part of is the shape of the malleable, my penile shape is somewhat deformed and instead of having stiff cylinders dictate the shape of the penis, the penis kinda dictates the shape of the solid but still malleable device, which makes it take a weird S type of shape. Aesthetically, I'm not pleased at all. Again, it's all very soon to make any long lasting comments about my overall satisfication with the malleable device. The other negative so far is that even with a way shorter penile length, concealability is going to be challenging, specially with my work attire. I already dearly miss being able to deflate and have a soft penis. Furthermore, my erosion wasn't fixed during the 3rd surgery, and I still have an tunica extruded right tip that will definitely require yet another revision further down the road. Upon questioning, the surgeon said he won't be able to touch (operate) my penis for atleast one year, until everything fully heals, but I'll definitely seek a different specialist's opinion on that, specially if I'm unable to have piece of mind with the malleable.

It is what it is, I'm telling things as I currently see. It's harsh judgment on the malleable, but the situation is very unique and related to the infection. Size loss, the right tip tunica extrusion and the overall shape of my penis are not reflective of the malleable's quality but my situation. If I were to have it placed before the infection, the outcome would've likely been very different. Some people might still adapt and be very happy with a malleable implant. As of right now, and again, very early to judge anything, I'm not happy due to all the reasons I mentioned above. I'm very concerned about skin erosion since for all I can tell, my right distal tunica was perfurated either during the first revision surgery or during the infection process, but it's clear that the only thing that's holding back the right tip is the glans skin, which makes extremely concerned about going forward, exercising, and just overall being more active after the recovery/healing period.

I'll give it a month or two before going visiting other surgeons and listening to what they have to say about my situation. It's hard because I did love my Titan while it was working, but I'm traumatized by premature failure and infection rates at this point, and still, that might be my only option going forward if I'm not happy with being forever erect. Like I said, I also miss having a limp dick and not worry about tripping and busting the tip of my dick.

I'll try to come back later on after things are healed for an update on the malleable. In a couple weeks, I'm also going to implement a strict VED therapy schedule to preserve/recover lost length for an upcoming revision later on. I'm still optimistic I can recover length.

I hope things go better for all of you. It's been a tough journey, but I have to remind myself that the other option of not having been implanted in the first place wouldn't have made me any happier either, a guaranteed limp dick. Atleast implants give us a fighting chance of having a fullfilling sexual life.

Take care everybody! See you all soon.

Hello principles, I was happy to hear from you. Your situation sounds really tough. But you are a fighter and you will make it. I also think that it will take time to evaluate things better. Take as much time as you need. We are all thinking of you and of course we look forward to updates. You're not alone!

It is still early after surgery, there will be some size loss, but it might not be as much as 4-5 cm when you are completely healed. As you said, it is too early to make final judgements, i hope and believe everything will be much better in a couple weeks.
Best wishes

Good luck Principals. Thanks for the update.
For me the 2 infections after initial surgery and revision were mentally taxing and I feel for you! Things are great now but during the whole implant time my doc begged me to get the malliable due to infection. I held out for the drugs to work and dodging a bullit . My surgerys were in the hights of the pandemic and I have come to the conclusion that the hospital with staffing issues were most likely the source of my infections.
Good luck bud.

hello principles.
we all thought about how your surgery went and how you were.
I think it's still early to draw conclusions, in my opinion the infection has done a lot.
I also think that if it hadn't been a revision/infection surgery, the result would have been different.
conclusions are soon to be drawn, give time as you yourself said.
we are here and await your updates perhaps with some photos or videos (even in private)
We all trust your opinion because, besides being a real fighter, you are very objective.
good luck and get well soon! we are waiting for you!
