AmansinCali, please continue to also share your updates on here like I am because we basically started it together. I will actually change the title if you don’t mind. I thought it was beneficial seeing a side-by-side comparison given we had the operation on the same day and our different ages. I have been seeing a lot of young guys post too where a lot of what they are wondering or are experiencing is discussed in this post.

I am glad to hear how well things are going for you and your wife! You are right, using the pump by inflating and also deflation are like putting shoes on in the morning now. It is so easy. Knowing you will perform every time is amazing. Nobody has to live that way, no matter your age. It is just a number, right AmansinCali?

Hey Minnesota#2,

How are the floppy glans doing? Also what effects do you notice as a result of them? Do you feel like your implant tips are not centered, and do they poke or cause any pain/discomfort during sex?

Was any other option other than Cialis discussed as a treatment for the floppy glans?

I've dealing with some glans hypermobility/floppy glans, although perhaps more extreme then what you're experiencing, and it can definitely cause pain/discomfort during sex. Cialis/Viagra does make things better, but it's still really not ideal and not something I was anticipating after Implant surgery. I'm just wondering if there are any other options out there other than just taking oral meds, but it might be all we've got right now.

Thanks,
CB

Dealing with glans hypermobility, tips are uneven, poke in to me during sex and while flaccid, causing discomfort.

Thanks to both of you for sharing your journey. I had problems relaxing the first couple months and wasn't getting any real engorgement with my wife. After a few months, I use 20mg Cialis and sometimes a Xialla cock ring (not necessary but really engorges the glans). Still can't orgasm during sex unless I get myself to the trigger point. I'm working on it by refraining from masturbating and internet porn. Last night with the wife was great. It felt great, I didn't come but I was close and so I'm hopeful. I also have retrograde ejaculation due to surgery on my abdomen.
Thanks

Greetings CB,

1st Question: My floppy glans are much better now that I take my small dose of Cialis (5mg daily). I seem to think it is pointless to take daily unless you are having sex frequently or unexpectedly. For myself, if I am working a lot and know sex won’t happen, I will skip a few doses here and there for the convenience of not going through my prescription so fast. Honestly with the Cialis, I’ve seen a 50% improvement in my glans. To the point where more flood fills into the glans, but not like it used to prior to my ED days. I also have more feeling with the Cialis, even though the lack of sensation was never an issue. It just seems to feel slightly even more better than before taking Cialis.

2nd Question: I do feel my tips are centered. This was a concern for me at first when my implant was put in. As time has went on, I don’t think about the tips at all, being inflated or deflated.

I want to say there are other options available by some surgeons. I can’t say what exactly is out there, but just from scanning youtube videos, one of the big time surgeons discussed floppy head… Maybe Perito.. Perhaps do some research and discuss this with your surgeon and maybe there’s something more to get the results you want

Hi there, Howling8

Of course, I feel bad for not being on here more. Life has now continued to move on after my surgery, but better than ever so I am on here less. However, I will never ever leave for good.. I will continue to check in.

I also notice if I am not relaxed or aroused, my head engorgement isn’t there, which makes complete sense. If you have a normal functioning penis and are horny, blood blows to the penis and glans.. If not, you have boner problems, which is why so many have issues getting it up when not relaxed..

Bummer to hear about you having trouble with EJ but on another note, I am glad things are working besides that and you and your wife are enjoying it! I haven’t had the ejaculation issue so I can’t offer advice.. Other than maybe trying some different creams for increasing sensitivity possibly?

I’m happy to report that all systems are go. All of a sudden I’m having could retrograde orgasms that fell almost 100%. I’m actually came with my wife and didn’t have delayed orgasm. Fingers crossed that I’ve turned a corner. The kinked tubing sticking out is a bummer but I’m learning to live with it. Don’t want to risk an infection from a fix or revision unless I absolutely need to.
Thanks

Excellent thread about everyone's experience. It took me a day and a half to read because I didn't want to miss a word.

I'm on my journey also and hope to have my implant around early March. I had to delay my surgery because of family coming to visit. But I've been using the VED pump for a month a seems like I've gained some size so I should have 3 months of using it everyday for 5-15 minutes. We'll see what happens.

Thanks to everyone for sharing your experiences and giving me the encouragement to take this big step forward.

Thanks Frank,

Hookups have worked and went very well. Nobody has noticed anything. I have yet to guide a girl to giving me a BJ, so unsure if they could tell. Highly unlikely unless you arent pumped up past a certain point.
