2) The pump on the Genesis is a bit smaller than the One Touch. My scrotum is tight and for my build he thought Genesis was a better fit.

My scrotum is also quite tight, (not me) and the doctor placed the OTR touch, definitely at the doctor's discretion.
But the truth is not noticeable outside and I always find it, it has nowhere to escape... LoL

I have the OTR Touch, when I press the deflation button, it deflates, let's say 50-60%, but I have to deflate the rest by squeezing the penis and keeping the button pressed.
Does yours work like this? Or does it deflate completely with a single touch? without having to hold it down.
Any trick?

In the beginning I held down on it and squeezed the fluid out,but later discovered how well the one touch works.The only thing you have to do is reset the check valve by depressing the button and then squeezing the bulb and it’s reset and ready to inflate again!
