Hey guys, iam somewhat worried about the sizeloss i had after surgery.
I got implanted ams700 at 11.22 so pretty much 10 days ago. I feel compared to my old hard dick i lost about 1/3 of the length so far, is this normal?
I was worried about how they gonna fit in big cylinders in my small "normal" dick all the time
I know that glans might not get "hard" anymore but rest of my dick seems quite short aswell. Hope i can get back some of the lost size back with cycling.
I dont have the measurements yet, ill get them soon via post i just know he picked ams700 for me (dont know which exact model as well).
Feel free to let me know what you think, my glans is stable and not floppy at all so i guess iam not undersized.
Thank you all <3

I assume you have not started cycling and most doctors leave you inflated to some degree, so it is hard to determine if you are sized correctly. The first photo looks very nice.. Glans should engorge when aroused if you could before implant.
I think you just have to be patient.
Again, very nice picture, please keep us updated. Jim

hey jim. first 2 pictures are both pre-surgery, only the third one is post.
i think iam fully deflated right now. after surgery they had me inflated for about 80% or something he said and my dick looked much bigger overall when they took him out of the bandages. so i have hopes when i start to inflate it again it will get bigger
thank you, will try to update over time

I was sadly shocked at my loss post surgery. My suggestion, fwiw, is to get ready to start daily cycling, Perito-ing, and possibly VED. That is what helped me get back all of my lost length, and maybe a bit more, over a few months.

You haven’t even gotten started yet with cycling, relax and be patient, with a good cycling routine you should gain it back! That could take 6 months to a year!

Igot,
I feel really bad for you. Not for your loss of size, but the fact that you are so concerned about your size. At the stage of your recovery, size should be far from your mind, you should not be measuring or even thinking about it. You are going to have a nice, functioning dick of which you will proud. You will be able to use it until either you or your partner gets too tired to continue, then you will be able to continue as soon as your partner is ready for more. That is why you had the surgery, don't forget that.
At this stage of your recovery you are still very swollen, this makes you penis look small. If I were you and I am not, I would only be cycling if you can do without a large amount of pain, just do what you can. If your scrotum is sore making it difficult to pump wait a few days or even a week. You are very fresh out of surgery. The waiting is not going to affect your final size.
There are no two surgeries the same, what happens to one patient may or may not happen to another. I also appeared short after surgery, my device was inserted through the scrotum and my entire scrotum reacted to the invasion. When I first tried to pump at 3 weeks, my pump was so hard it took a lot of pressure to pump it, the skin of my scrotum was very inflamed and was being caught between my fingers and the pump. My scrotum was on fire. I decided not to pump for another week, when I did most of the soreness had gone away so pumping was a lot easier.
I didn't measure until about my 6th week, when I did, I was approximately 1/4" shorter than before surgery, I measured one more time at 8 weeks and I was exactly where I was before the surgery. My wife says she doesn't see any difference in size, and we had sex at 6 weeks. My point is, measuring should be out of your mind, measuring now will be inaccurate, let the swelling go down.
As you recover and have been released to use your new tool, rest assured, it just gets better and better, your orgasms will be as good or better and you should be able to please your partner. You will never regret having this surgery. I am at 9 weeks now and the sex is fantastic.
Keep posting and let us know how you are progressing.

Amans is spot on. No two surgeries are alike. The end result, however, tends to be alike.
Your size all comes back, except for maybe a tiny little bit. Some guys get back to normal very quickly. Others, it takes 6 months, maybe even a year. I’m almost at 3 years and I would swear that I still feel a stretch when I fully inflate the cylinders.
I started out just over 17 cm. Two weeks after surgery I wasn’t even at 13 cm. Now, if I press the ruler hard against pubic bone, I’m at 17 cm.
You’re still swollen. Your body is still recovering from the insult of surgery. Relax and let healing and recovery happen. I would bet a lot of money that 6 months or a year from now you will wonder why you were ever concerned.

Igo,
You will enjoy the ride a lot more if you stop worrying about things that don't matter. You WILL have the working pecker of your dreams, just relax and take good care of yourself.

Right now, I have a similar feeling.
I'm in the fourth postoperative week, and I've only had a few days inflating and understanding the prosthesis.
At this moment, what I have now is small (very small) compared to what I had before surgery, I have the feeling that I am not going to recover everything I had, but I am not sure that it will be like that either, so I decided (and it is a decision), that I'm going to take it easy and see the positive, and follow the process, let's say with "faith", in fact, half seriously and half jokingly, I wrote myself a guideline for the moment when I am, I share it with you and I share the link of that post, where you can see that each one of us is experimenting with different details and with excellent advice from our FT colleagues.
Maximizing and adapting to what I have now, without regrets and a lot of use, is the watchword.
