I am from Trinidad in the Caribbean. I'm interested in getting a 3 piece penile implant. I looked online and India seemed good especially with Dr's. Gupta and Sabharwal. The cost is between 12 and 15,000 USD. This is acceptable. However, despite their glowing YouTube videos, I have noted several negative statements here. Obviously I am concerned.
Can you recommend any other surgeon/clinic where good quality can be obtained at a reasonable price? (Note I didn't say cheap).
I know most will say don't compromise and go to the US for the best. I understand that reasoning. However please understand that I'm not rich but still trying to do it. Can you recommend good surgeons/clinics that are good quality yet have fairly reasonable prices.Thank you for any advice. Please don't think that I am cheap guys. I'm just looking for a good solution that is moderately priced. Again thank you my friends!

Surgeo https://surgeo.com/penile-implant is a self pay for a number of surgeries. With penile implant you also get a third party insurance policy for the first year. Kansas has had a few good reviews on this site. Hakky has a lot of good posts on this site also. I would think that the longer the flight home would be more difficult and maybe more expensive. Something to consider when considering a flight to India. Do your research on flight schedules and if a shorter option for your return flight is available. I had a lay over for over an hour for my return flight and that was a bit long for me. Lay overs are a good thing though as there is a risk of blood clots following surgeries and staying seated for long periods is bad. You need to be able to get up every so often or with a lay over be able to elevate your legs. Check on distance flight cost and time to figure in with your cost.

Chit8238, don't get too obsessed with the surgery cost. Travel can get expensive quickly. Don't forget the language & culture differences.

Ralph is £12500 for a Titan in the uk , plus if anything went wrong you would be rushed into the nhs care and looked after .

First thing to consider is travel. You are going to be sore for a few days/weeks following the surgery. Even at two weeks out driving a car made me hurt. You don't want a 10 hour plus airplane trip the next day.
Next will be a companion as most places will not release you after surgery without someone to watch you. The effects of the anesthesia can last 8 hours or more. Some people have a tendency to suddenly nod off. That's if you do it outpatient. If you stay overnight in a hospital afterwards then no problem, just added cost.
As far as a doctor, any high-volume implant doc can do the job. You don't have to search out the top ones, find one within a reasonable distance for travelling back home.

Not too sure about getting it done in India and the doctor mentioned Sabharwal in Delhi is a butcher by all accounts.
My cousin who lives in the UK was implanted by him three or four years ago and this was his story if i can remember all.
1/ The 'Hotel' recommended by Sabharwal was walking distance to his clinic, was filthy, noisy and didn't even have a dining room all for U.S$80/night ( Breakfast was Jam and Bread with revolting coffee served in the room )
2/ His practice, equipment, machines and beds ect were not what was on his YouTube posts - it was dirty, and of the 1940's era ( Second world war stuff)
3/ The fresh bed sheets and surgery gown used on him just before the surgery had what looked like 'grease stains' on them.
4/ After surgery Sabharwal was not to be seen for two days and my cousin was left in the hands of women nurses who didn't want to go anywhere near his dick ( For cultural reasons i guess) after informing them that he was losing too much blood at the cut - they did not even inspect but gave him the dressings to change by himself.
5/ He had an infection due to the poor hygene standards.
6/ He demanded that they call Sabharwal urgently to address the issue and he eventually came on the forth day when my cousin was checking out.
7/ Half an hour before catching the taxi to the airport Sabharwal arrives to reashure him that it will all be ok and gave him a script for quite a few drugs which he had to buy at the chemist within his practice.
8/ When asked about after care Sabharwal said ' look on the internet' - what sort of surgeon does that?
9/ My cousin got back to the UK and had to go straight into hospital to remove the implant and address the infection
that he had ( It was so bad that they placed him in a highly infectious desease isolation room for two weeks)
I would think twice about going to India. The medical systems and filth are just not up to scratch and not worth the risk in. ( Sabharwal's YouTube posts look great but beware he is a butcher who claims to have studied in the U.S )

55 yo Aussie. E.D all my life. Used Viagra for years but. Went on to Injections which worked well but very inconvenient and didnt work sometimes. Implanted Jan'18 with Titan one touch 20cm/ 1.5RTE by Pro Chung in Brisbane.
