Bxguy1: on the road less traveled: life with a Titan implant

Postby Bxguy1 » Thu May 16, 2013 1:42 am

Today is day 8..it was a busy day..lots of chores and a bit too much..felt very uncomfirtable near the end ...in fact I couldn't wait to release the gang from their jock strap over boxer brief prison of the entire day..as I said before "kept at attention pointing at my navel" (for the next. 6 weeks!)

But so far I've been very lucky when it comes to pain and sweling..very little beyond the first few days..during that time it was ice bag and a declined mattress whic kept the blood flow to that area as low as possible..Dr Eid did
a great job and his techniques kept the damage to a minimum.

Since day 3 (remove catheter and allowed hot baths) things have gotten much better as I said..even to the point where 2 days ago (day 6) I checked out a hot porno of a gorgeous dark haired vixen giving a guy (lucky of course) a marathon blo job..she went from room to room and after 30 mins finished poolside..well I gingerly worked the rim and exploded half way through!! Weeeeoooooo!! How good it was!! The load shot out very fast and strong too.. now I think I am about 6.25 " from pube to end. But...i was surprised...there was a lot of engorgement and I was pretty close to 7"!! Spongeoseum and glans showed up, big time!

I may have gone overboard on the details at the end of my previous post...my apppologies..however, my intent was to be positive and announce that everything is in working order as far as feeling and response to brain/phys. stim!

But one caveat...I did suffer that day! Pain went up and I guess that is to be expected. ..anyway, we men have always taken risk now and then to bust a nut so to speak!!

Day 9- last night I had (2) severe shooting pain episodes in my glans area.. ( in fact I had to keep my mouth shut to avoid waking the fam!!) Thank God I had a instant cold pack at my bedside! Just activated it with a squeeze and put it on the tip and man that did the trick! I called Dr Eid this morning and he said that it could of been due to my sleeping position which may have placed pressure on the distal end of the implant . He wants to see me next week Thursday anyway for stutures removal(supposed to have been done by office nurse). I'm not worried, he is the best!

Keep in mind that Ibuprofen is your friend right now! Especially before any "use"

Hey Bxguy1,
I wanted to send Congrats on the implant,I saw your reply on ditchmans thread.
Yes brother the darkness does seem to leave after an implant.and you talked about confidence?I think you'll be more confident then ever, one of the best things for me was I don't have to have those talks anymore w/prospective partners(some of which didn't een know what ED WAS....lol) now I can have that talk but say look what I can do....I think its cool as hell.
I wish you success in healing, patience is key, trust me it will all be worth it.
Baby it now then drive it like you stole it......lol....
Best wishes my friend,Rich

thanks guys for the congrats and well wishes!!

Day 16 (yesterday)- Well I've read many posts here of FT and I wasn't prepared for what Dr Eid told me yesterday on my first post op visit on which I was only scheduled for suture removal and deflation. He was very surprised at my progress and degree of healing so after he demonstrated how to pump and deflate and I showed him that I could pump and deflate, he told me to start pumping every other day to max for a half an hour!! Also, to begin using it proper! :D

Last night I pumped it to the max in a hot bath and it started to throb a little even though I had taken 800 mg of ibuprohpin an hour before. It wasn't unmanageable so I guess I can deal with it. It seemed really rigid and thick so I was pleased with that! I think I'm gonna like this more and more ;) Then this morning I noticed it was more erect than when I deflated it the night before so I was going to call Dr Eid’s office to ask him why it pumped up on it's own. In the mean time I had to walk the dogs, so I went out wearing boxers under nylon jogging pants. So I'm sporting this swinging dick (at 5:00 but it was really noticable!) and It felt kind of good (understatement!!) rubbing back and forth in my pants and every fine babe I saw I was thinking I wanted to bang her. The reason I'm mentioning this is that it's a miraculous 360 degree change in my libido and mindset. Also, it seemed to me some were aware of my gaze and like it. One girl, about 25- 30 y/o said good morning and asked how my walk was going. I responded – Good and it’s getting better every minute- she smiled and said have a good wknd as she licked her Icee (I kid you not!)…well I hope to see her on her way to work again..(AGAIN, a new way of thinking for me! A few months ago I wouldn’t even let a thought like this into my mind because I was afraid of disappointment, I call it “ED conditioning”)…”ED conditioning” is not needed anymore and good riddens!!!!!

Well later that day I got around to calling Dr. Eid’s office and I told the nurse about the cylinders expanding on their own. She told me Dr. Eid is aware of the Titan implants having this “break in problem” and told me his instructions were to deflate and after deflation I should then squeeze the bulb once to lock it. This will eventually not be necessary but it’s good to know now because complete deflation is important. (maybe I should start a new thread on this Titan deflation trick for other titan implantees benefit).

Anyway things couldn’t be better and I can’t wait to use it proper!!(maybe tomorrow night because I have to work tonight)

Sounds like that old May West joke where she says "Is that a flashlight in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" :D

Seems like you made a few ladies happy.

Hey Bx,
Congrats on the clearance, its just amazing how good an implant can make us feel after ED kicks the shit out of us and robs us of our manhood and all dignity, huh?
Best wishes,Rich.

Thanks G, Dave and Rich (amen to that Rich!)

Got to use it proper on Day 19! (Today is day21) and I must say it held up very nicely :D
I had no worries about it going down and boy that was a new feeling! ! That feeling was gone and it kinda felt like that cimbalta commercial where at the end of the commercial the little depression character becomes powerless against the woman and it is their symolic last goodbye..lol ;)
During coitus, I was engorged and it felt great but after I came my wifes vaginal contractions hurt as I pushed in. Between contractions it was ok but I kept pushing through the pain nonetheless :D and she finished (phew, thank God! )

Well I can imagine it only getting better and eventually painless! For day 19 I think that was pretty amazing so I have to be thankful for that!

Though now I have to get used to walking around (and sitting) with a big package. Now I know what they mean (be careful what you wish for!)
I had a long drive last night and the pressure was really bothersome. I even had to open my pants and reach in and lift my ballsack!! Need to wear looser pants and maybe use a donut cushion. .hmm last time I used it in the car my head almost hit the headliner!!

Congrats on being operational at day 19. That is nearly the soonest of anyone I have seen. Close to "instant gratification" :D

Donut cushions are good. I used one made of foam rubber so it squeezed down a lot. I only used it the first 2 weeks and then switched to a "stadium cushion" which was a foam rubber square cushion about 1 inch thick. It does not have the cut out center like a donut cushion but gives me enough pad to be comfortable. I still use it 7 months post-op when I have to sit on a metal folding chair for several hours.
