The only way for me is using the VED and a ring,but that works and my wife loves it!
Got it. So, do you put the ring on first, pump up the implant and then use the VED? Want to get the steps right.

I load it on the end of the tube and it is pushed off with a sleeve after pumping up,The VED is used after I pump my implant up.I use the Encore Revive Pump.

I too use a cock ring for engorement after inflating the implant.
I find that if I kegel after placing the ring that it quickly fills up.
I do not require a vaccum.
