Sex after prostate surgery

In my youth I would get geyser squirt dribble squirt dribble dribble squirt Etc. As my prostate gland grew larger the squirts became dribbles. Then PE set in and if I got to dribble I was lucky. Eventually I had my prostate removed. So now no more squirts or dribbles. In fact everything seems to have changed. There used to be a period of euphoria during the Squirts and dribbles. But after my prostate was removed now there's just an intense sense of ecstasy that literally takes my breath away if I don't stop. And by that I mean that it's just as if I had run a marathon. That kind of breathing. Has anyone else experienced this? I know that lots of you have had your prostate removed.

Interesting post. I used to be a big time cum cannon but now more of a dribbler. I attributed it to my age but will definitely ask the doctor to look into any prostate issues.

I'm now a goddam retrograde ejaculator.

I am also prostate cancer survivor. Was diagnosed and had RP in 2016 at 51 y/o.
I led healthy life style almost All my life. As a young and all years till prostate was removed I was a big juice producer with very strong squirts with unpredictable targets. Even after ejaculation, I had a lots of fluid coming from my penis and making big wet spots in my underwear.
After prostate removal, my sexual life was nothing to talk about. I was impotent for almost 2 years with no signs of life coming from my penis. Also lost 2+ inches of length and some girth and I am suffering total anorgasmia. To add another insult to that, I am having stress incontinece that is worsening over the time.
I had implant which gave me my sex life back, but still big part is missing - being able to enjoy it and have big release of energy and filing like old Latin proverb said:
POST COITIUM OMNE ANNIMAL TRIESTE EST.
But it is still better than look at wet nuddle every day.

This affects those who have radiation as well. I had High Dose Rate Brachytherapy (temporary seed implants for 30 minutes and then remove-not fun) and at first no drop in semen volume. Doctor said I might be able to shoot for a while but eventually that would stop. Within three months I was totally dry. Very disappointed in this but learning to live with it.It's definitely better than cancer and the feeling of just the orgasm is very intense, like you said. The orgasm seems to last longer too. Almost like my body is trying to get something to come out but there is nothing there. Feels good but I miss the surprises that can sometimes happen with ejaculation.

I used to be able to shoot and hit the headboard with a cum shot when I was young, now after prostate surgery orgasms are mostly extremely intense and long lasting. It seems I can keep them going loner if I want.
