My experience is different. When naked the pump is hard to see. When wearing form-fitting briefs, my pump is unmistakable. It stands out like a nightclub marquee. And not in a good way. It distracts from the main attraction, my penis.

My flaccid look is the most disappointing aspect of my implant. I'm at three months today and still have crinkles/dog ears unless I inflate the device a bit to even things out. My penis did stick straight out for a while when deflated but now it hangs pretty normally. I used to be a grower, but now I'm a shower and I don't care about it. Boys have bulges/girls have bulges. It's not like I look like a pervert with a full erection walking around the grocery store.

When my penis first comes out of my pants, it looks pretty deformed. Very hard curve to the left at the base. I think it's getting better and I hope this continues. I'm 6.5" inflated and around 5" fully deflated. I'd be completely happy with my implant if my penis didn't look deformed when fully deflated. Also when fully deflated I tend to get a little sore over the course of the day due to the crinkles and dogears annoying the side of my dick. I take care of this by putting a few pumps in.

I am completely happy with the way that it looks erect. No lost length and maybe a little bit more girth. No more rushing through sex so that I don't lose my hard-on. Now we can take our time and enjoy each other.

Goes to show that just like our former dicks, we are all different and that's not a bad thing before or after surgery

Thanks for the pics, looks great. How is it that the scrotum looks untouched? I can only see 2 balls, can't tell where the pump is. Some end up with a bigger scrotum after the implant and in some, I can't even tell.

It looks fantastic. I hope you gave your surgeon a big hug, bottle of excellent wine, etc., he deserves it. :)

Has anyone posted pics of their deflated penis with crinkles/dogears? I haven't seen one yet so not sure what that looks like.

Here you go. I can put in a couple of pumps and it's gone, but this is completely flaccid. That dogear still gets a little sore by the end of the day if I leave it that way all day. It's fine with a couple of pumps and looks like a normal penis then.

Crinkle-goes away with a couple of pumps. If I get a dogear from wearing tight underwear or compression shorts a couple of pumps fixes that too.

Thanks for the pic, now I have an idea. It's only been a few months for you and they used a Titan, will this go away in about a year when the cylinders soften?

It's gotten some better in just the three months since surgery. I'm hopeful that this will continue to get better. My doctor says it will and he's been spot-on about everything else! If this goes away and I look normal flaccid, I'm going to be one happy camper and glad I did this. Right now though, I still say that I'm pleased. It works as advertised when it gets down to business!
