Penis shape and implant

Postby Colandria » Sun Jun 26, 2022 9:02 am

Hi all! This is my first post. I have been dealing with ED for the last 2 years. I am 36 years old from Canada. After lurking on this forum for the last year or so I have decided an implant would be my best option. I can't thank you all enough for all of the information and experiences shared on this site. It really has been a life saver. Anyway, my question is this.. my penis is shaped kinda like a football, it is thinner at the base and tip and thickest in the middle. Would the implant allow me to keep this current shape or am I to expect a more even shape with the implant? Thank you so much. I can post pictures if needed

I would guess your penis shape is more a result of your Ed and lack of blood flow for the past 2 year. A implant should put things back to a more normal looking penis but remember your implant penis is not your original natural penis so it will never be what you are used to.

But with that said this is a question best answered by your surgeon. Everyone here has a different story and every penis is different. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. My penis has always looked like this. It's not a very drastic shape by any means. It goes from 5.25" at the base to 5.5 in the mid section and them back down to 5.25 by the glans. I guess my concern is that it would stay at 5.25 all the way through and I would lose that larger chunk on the middle.

Not an expert but if that is your natural shape I suspect that the cylinders being exactly symmetrical will telescope that out and not change what's around it. As for size if you are 5.5 and choose a Titan you'll likely end up even larger. Even with an LGX if you work hard maybe you could make 5.5. That was my best after 9 months of VED. Right now 5 1/4 seems to be normal.

Thanks for the reply! I really appreciate it! Are you saying you believe I will keep my shape as is with the implant? I am thinking of going for the titan as it Is more appealing to me. And I believe will suit my current situation the best. And hey, gaining a little extra girth would be a nice little surprise haha

Agree, good chance that could be a 26 cm Titan, you're one of the lucky few that can maybe fit one of those.
