This is from the paper done in Italy I believe that Perito sign on to.

Starting 3 weeks after discharge,
patients were asked to use a vacuum device for a 12-week
period (Medis®, Vacuum Therapy Devices, Milan, Italy and
Osbon ErecAid®, Vacuum Therapy System, Collierville,
TN, USA) without the constriction ring for 5 min twice
daily after full device inflation was achieved.

The paper can be read on full at: https://irp-cdn.multiscreensite.com/d88 ... action.pdf

The thing is that these men were handpicked and not a cross section of all men. The other thing is that average activation was 8 days. That supports the paper in the general section of this site about the coffin effect from lengthy wait time for activation. That paper showed less post op size loss with early activation. https://www.researchgate.net/publicatio ... prosthesis

I did not see in that paper the surgical approach used on the men. Nor did I see any reference to incision location. This would be a concern to me. At least wait until the incision is fully healed before trying. I would think there could be a huge increase in infection risk if the VED was used over an unhealed incision. Of course it would be best if your doctor was on board with this and had guidance for you. But like early activation that is something you should address in your search for a surgeon.

Best of luck to you with this.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

Proximal Perforation Sling Repair 4/13/21 Dr. Broghammer

66 years young.

Will show and tell and talk with others.

Thanks! That answers the question. =>Fully inflated first, 5 minutes twice a day for 3 months, beginning 3 weeks after surgery.

Learn from my mistakes! I had the LGX first. I was inflating my LGX and then using the VED. I blew both cylinders. I have the CX, now I make sure that I am deflated before I use my VED. I get good results while deflated. I won't inflate my implant again to use my VED on my implant. I got a picture on the site. I get a lot of comments from the women saying I got a big dick, they never had a dick that size, and how good it feel. I do want a Coloplast but I won't do anything to damage my implant again.

OMG, I see one post says that the doctor told him TO INFLATE before VED and the post right after that one, the guys says DO NOT INFLATE. Well? which one is it?

Sorry if I sound crass, but after going through Prostate Cancer Prostate removed and then radiation and then ED for 3 years. I do not want to do any damage to my cylinders etc...

The safe answer is to ask your doctor. Doctors are way different from one to another. They use different methods. And men are different. Some have more damage or problems. So you really need to follow your doctors instructions. After you are fully healed and released you can decide if you want to try these other methods. If you don't want to follow a doctors instructions, then go find another doctor to do the surgery.

It's both.

Do you think a major product with hundreds of brands bought by thousands of people will just not work/injure a flaccid but not a hard dick? No, either is fine.
39. AMS 700 LGX, 21+3. Nov. 2, 2021. Idiot who abused alcohol for brain injury, abused viagra for implant.

Goal to prove implants increase dick size

Pre-op dick size: 8.75" x 5.7"

Current: 9-9.5" x 5.5"

Goal: 10+" x 6+"

One of the links above points to a Boston Scientific document that says their tests used an INFLATED device and then a VED. But, always follow the instructions of your urological surgeon.

Boston Scientific reporting that they tested inflated implants does not count as them saying NOT to use a VED while deflated.

THANK YOU !!!!, finally, someone that has gone through the trenches has posted what seems to be the obvious way. I always suspected that INFLATED first can cause some sort of damage to the implant.

Question, what is your protocol for VED while DEFLATED?

THNAK YOU AGAIN !!!!
