In response to a request to attach a photo, here it is. Mind you I am only inflated 30%-40%, so things look a bit shorter. I am about a week and a half out from my surgery. Once I get the go ahead to start cycling I hope to get some increase in girth and length.

Yep. Great glans engorgement! Also looks like 100% inflated, not partially. You might get to 2 o'clock or 1.30 when fully inflated.

Zman that is a really nice looking dick, hope you get to enjoy using that.
56 nerve sparing radical cystectomy after diagnosis of Bladder cancer survivor, 2 yr plus. Pills and trimix did not work, VED Plus cialis, working for now. Interested in others experiences in getting implants.

Looks great Z. My advice is to enjoy the healing process and know in a year it will be just so natural you will just forget about it. till it’s pump time and that will be enjoyable too.
67years,fighting ed for over twenty years. A sever break, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, and I'm tired- throwing in the towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE, gained girth and length, very glad I took the hard step.

Thank you all for your great comments. Little more than 3 weeks after my surgery things are good. In one breath I am saying what the heck did I do, and then I can’t wait to start using my new toy. I see my surgeon next week and I am waiting for his go ahead with cycling and using it.
