Pump and scrotal pain

Postby iwantanewone » Sun May 15, 2022 11:03 pm

Hey guys,

I’m 2 days away from implant day…. Getting more anxious. Today’s anxiety is about having the pump in my scrotum. It seems it will always be painful having a hard plastic in there rubbing against real nuts! From young and old new implants and long term….Any answers appreciated.
I want to function and enjoy the time but I don’t want to suffer forever with chronic pain

Thanks guys… FT is full of knowledge and the personal experience is the best info!

After 3 to 5 weeks it will feel like it has always been in there and you will not have any pain. Just like it had always been there. My wife loves to play with it after sex in a cuddling kind of way.

You won’t even know it’s there after a month. It never causes any pain whatsoever.

Pain-free at one month. Less and less aware the pump is even there unless I sit on my sack just wrong.

I just had my implant last week, Right now i'm struggling to be comfortable anywhere, laying down isn't bad but sitting or walking sucks. Feels like my sack weighs 2 lbs and the swelling seems to be sticking around. The pump feels huge but I'm sure that feeling will go away. I tried to mentally prepare myself and I felt good about the procedure, just not feeling too good now being this uncomfortable. Hopefully as each day goes by I'll focus more on the plus side than the tough part right now. It's great having this forum and talking to others about these issues. I never thought I'd have the courage to address my E.d. but I'm very glad i did. I've tried briefs and boxer briefs but neither seem to help. Thought about making a "sling" with an ace bandage to support the sack, not sure what else to try. If I can help anyone , please send me a message.

I’m sorry you’re having so much pain and I know that’s a difficult pain… Years ago I had a hernia operation and your balls feel like they have a 20 pound weight on them… What worked for me then and I’ve talked to several other people is if you wear briefs take like a bathroom washrag and roll it up and place in your briefs and then place your balls on top of your briefs so they don’t bounce or move even when you walk they just stay on top of the washrag even when you’re lying down… Of course it does not cure the pain 100% because nothing will until you heal for a while but it does help that tugging pulling heavy feeling… Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

Hi. I understand the pain issue and HIGHLY recommend wearing Duluth Trading's BUCK NAKED boxer briefs in one size smaller than you would normally wear. Keeps the boys high and tight. This was what got me through the scrotal pain and let me sleep even on my side.

I wore traditional jock straps 24 hours a day for about 4 weeks. Kept my penis pointed up and the pouch of the jock supported my balls well. Seperatec underwear does a good job as well.
