Girth difference Implant vs Trimix

Comparing when I used Tri-Mix injections to my Titan implant,
Titan has more girth, period.

I can honestly say that there is NO comparison between the two. I did injections for over 5 years, with good results. The implant is, by far, my choice after I battled ED for years. When the wife says it's time...30-45 seconds of pumping...it's time, PARTY!!

In my case the implant definitely enhanced the penis, especially the girth.
Before implant (using a VED) - diameter=13.5cm
Now, fully pumped, diameter=15.5cm

I never used tri-mix but did use injection it was just plain alprostadil, acaverject or Edex, which ever was being bought by the VA at the time.

I never really measured length or girth I know this makes me somewhat anomaly. My wife says I’m bigger, than either the pills or injection especially just before I cum.

To me that’s the only size that matters. As they say “Happy wife, happy life”

Got it. Is your implant girth bigger or same as to the injections?

There are 3 erectile bodies in your penis. The 2 that are side by side that the cylinders are placed in. And the third below those two around the urethra. The implant fills 2 of the three. This is why men say they have a flat erection compared to a more round erection when they were healthy. I used Tri Mix almost three years and I have more girth with my Titan.

I just posted a Trimix Gel report. It worked, I didn't measure it this time but will in the future. It looked and felt great. Really expensive though. My girth was 6" pre-op but I'm only up to about 5.5" and can't get anymore out of my Titan. Felt nice and round and engorged with the Trimix Gel so I'm hopeful.
