Pull pump down

Postby Dlareg » Sat Mar 05, 2022 7:55 pm

Been told to gently pull pump down. Sounds simple enough, but not so much. Finding it difficult to "get a grip" to pull. Any technique advice or there?

Hi. Don't know when you had surgery, but be very careful. My doctor had me pull very, very gently down on the pump every time I went to pee. He said that would help me remember to do it. He told me not to pull hard, just extremely gentle. After a while it was clear the pump was hanging where it should and would not adhere to my shaft or anything. Now the pump hangs sideways between the boys in my sack, and that's what the doc wanted.

At first, I'd feel around and just try to pull a little on the bulb. As swelling and fluids went down I could find the pump head (where the deflate button is) and that gave better grip. Still had to be very careful, though.

Right now, you're probably dealing with a very full sack, and it may be difficult to feel anything in there until things calm down. But you should be able to feel the bulb, at least.

Quincy.

I’m 10 days post op. The pump was the source of a lot of discomfort. It was high and to the left and I had swelling and burning. I iced off and on. At day 8 days, I iced for 20 minutes - which made my ball sac normal size and a little numb. This also made it easier to get ahold of and gently move. I gently repositioned the pump to the center and lower. It feels way way better now.

after being clear to get in a tub, I visited my hot tub twice a day. Pump felt like it was attached to my left nut. Pulled them apart gently. Side ways, center above my testicles now. perfect.

My pump is quite high and still stuck to my scrotum so i cant pull it down without tearing the scrotum. I'm hoping when it detaches itself i can pull it down a bit, or perhaps it will drop naturally.
