3 years out I don’t see how it could hurt.

I can't imagine any would form at this point. 3years out, I'm not sure if regular cycling is of much benefit. If you don't mind my asking, why stop for a month?

I got my Titan in 2008. I inflated it occasionally, but rarely, during the ensuing years, including breaks of a year or more. It always worked when I tried it, up to about last September when I tried it and it no longer worked - the bulb behaved normally but didn't move any fluid. I asked Dr. Kramer what he thought and he said that he'd have to examine me to see if he could identify the problem. He said there were 3 options: replace it, repair it, or just forget about it. I opted for the latter.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
Life is not the way it's supposed to be, it's the way it is.

Unless the revision is the result of infection, I believe the old implant is removed and the new one installed in a single surgery.

Interesting back and forth... not sure what a girth 'filler procedure' is but it sounds like something I'd do with some caulk to fill a crack in drywall or between a wall and counter top. OK...realistically I do not know what the gfp is and don't really care because I'm not a doctor and will never play one on TV or on a podcast. I will say that I'm 3+ years post-op and have not had attachment issues in my scrotum since about a year from my procedure (11/19). As an implanted individual, I sometimes go for well over a month without fully inflating. And then, on occasion, I will inflate multiple times a day/ week depending upon the demand required by need. But...that's just me. I have absolutely no desire to undergo any further invasive 'procedures' to support or otherwise abet what should have been done during my original horror show operation by Virginia Urology in November 2019. Your body!! Your choice!!

I don't see an issue with scar tissue formation, but the pump may need to be squeezed often to keep working. IMO, putting in a couple of pumps every week during this month can help.
