Implant after peyroines

Postby Musson » Sun Nov 28, 2021 9:00 am

Hi everyone, new member here. Diagnosed with Peyroines about 18 months ago. Length loss has been about 2 inches. Staying erect has become an issue and pills only help get hard but not stay hard. Upward angle of about 40 degrees. Will an implant help regain any of the lost length due to Peyroines?
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.

I had a Peyronies injury before my implant. It healed somewhat in that it straightened out mostly but I had a little hour glass effect and scar tissue that really shortened my penis. I had many years of ED too. My Titan implant restored my length and girth to what I was when I was young—it was an amazing restoration of size and girth. It is also arrow straight. I wish I had known about implants before I went to the Mayo Clinic for a prostate procedure and they matter of factly suggested the implant. In my case, the implant was a routine procedure-almost compared to the prostate TURP. (I worried about the procedure more than necessary)

Very little bruising or swelling and minor discomfort with the medicine available. For an experienced surgeon it is not a difficult procedure so don’t feel you necessarily need to go to one of doctors who promote themselves so much. Good luck.

I did a 12 week session using restorex. Had a 1/2 inch gain but no help with curve. My curve is very close to the base so perhaps that’s why. The gains went away as soon as I ended the therapy. It’s very difficult to keep that up indefinitely.

i don’t understand how it’s difficult.
i used to do like 10 hours of total traction per day. mixing both a penimaster pro device and restorex.
this is easy if you work from home and have dedication

what i would do is get the totalman rod extender. get a piece of velcro strap and put it on the extender toward the base of your penis.
then extend that sucker for at least six hour a day.
this will also allow you to regain length and get a bigger implant.

They look great. Are they flat and oval or nice a round like your pre-op cock?
Thanks
