26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.
Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that

This might be the natural progression of post surgery emotions. Physical healing isn't the only healing that needs to occur IMHO.

Glad right away.
Pleased at about 12 days - most pain and discomfort gone)
Happy at 20 days - first penetration (no motion)
Excited at 25 days - first sex

I was glad when the surgery was over and the doctor said everything went perfectly.
I knew then that the recovery was on me, and it has been great as many of you know.
I was even happier at 4 weeks when I was cleared for all activities and it worked as advertised and I have recovered my sex life.
I am even happier now that I have recovered over an inch in length, through cycling, that was lost before the surgery as a result of prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment.
I am hoping to recover even more length during the next 6 months and I continue cycling every day. If I get close to my pre-cancer treatment length--I will be happiest! And fully functional again for the first time in almost 30 years.
