Are you referring to the dog ears? That does look like a sharp bend.

Sorry I missed the question here. I do have the dog ears as you can see from this picture of a fun swim brief I wear in some early morning swims. It is not painful at all and I am 10 months out. The picture shows the flaccid bulge.

RP 2001, Radiation. Pills, Caverject, Tri-mix Injections all useless. Implanted 2016 AMS 700 LGX 15cm +3 RTE. Happy with the results. Better than having a limp dick.

I suppose I should add to my previous post that I usually wear basic black when swimming and only mix it up a little with the lighter colors every now and then:

My dog ears are not painful. I think they look like the drawstring which often is seen in briefs.
