Got it (Viberect - ejaculatory model) but it wasn't ideal and it really didn't do any better than a $30 rechargeable wand. My problem was that the higher speeds were distractingly painful (similar to continuing to stimulate the glans vigorously after orgasm). Add to that the fact that the activating the device is done by squeezing the two forks together on a primarily flaccid penis and glans but with the addition of the plastic tips in my glans from the implant cylinders, my glans is never flaccid so it's difficult to get it closed enough to start the device.

Also, I had to be already aroused before I started the device or it took way to long to get anywhere, to the point of fatigue and run down batteries (which by the way, aren't user replaceable - the manufacturer gives suggestions on proper disposal of your very expensive device once the batteries no longer hold a charge.)

With mine I like to lay in bed on my side, prop a towel under the toy to support it right at my dick, then turn it on slow speed. It tends to be too painfully intense for me, even on lower settings, plus it doesn't open wide enough to accommodate the thickness of my glans with the cylinder tips inside so I have to squeeze into it which is also a bit off-putting for sensation.
