I like that idea, the tadalafil as needed works great but is unpredictable in terms of its onset, it sometimes takes 4 hours for me to feel the full effect... I think I am going to start then rather with 2.5mg daily and use sildenafil as needed? The times I have used sildenafil, it seems to have a stronger more immediate effect. I get hard on the tadalafil but not rock hard like with sildenafil?
35 gay male, top/vers. ED complicated by long-term SSRI and quetiapine use as well as smoking previously. Currently on 5mg cialis daily. Also tried sildenafil 25-100mg on demand, all successful.

Yep sildenafil definitely is known to have a stronger "hit" than tadalafil. I like the tadalafil because it makes me feel more full of blood in my dick 24/7, but as you said, sildenafil is still used on demand for when it's time for sex.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I think I am going to go with tadalafil daily then, and sildenafil on top of that as needed. Would 2.5mg vs. 5mg tadalafil provide similar results as a daily option?

In my experience vardenafil worked better than sildenafil and tadalafil. It makes everything hard and sensitive including the head if the penis, whereas tadalafil doesn’t. You can take it with or without food whereas Sildenafil doesn’t work unless you take it on am empty stomach.
