Feel like there is a Lego brick in my scrotum.

Postby LeRoastBeef » Sun Jul 18, 2021 1:37 pm

Well the title says it all.
This is day 6.I'm not on any drugs, I will hopefully get some tomorrow. I should be in them I know.
Things are going okay. Except that when I roll over, stand up and, especially, walk around I feel like there are razor blades in there. Maybe that's going to far. But it feels pretty sore

I can walk, bet slowly, around for 10 minutes and then I have to stop.

This presumably gets better. I understand how the scrotum can harden up, but what about the testicles? Maybe it's not the that's the problem?
Things quickly settle down when I relax. The pain does not remain.

The surgeon is highly experienced, and the pump has been placed right at the bottom behind the testicles, as should be. As much as I understand it. So I'm not doubting what has been done. I also have been careful not to touch anything.

I'm just a bit confused as to how this is going to progress. Thoughts from the experienced chaps here?

That would be a perfect pump placement in my opinion.
Day 6? Give it time man. I took it real easy for the first 2 weeks. Day 10 seems to be the magic number where most of the discomfort abates.
I took Extra Strength Tylenol and alternated with Motrin. I also supplemented with cannabis which really smoothed things out. Once I was fairly healed up it seemed like the pump was glued to my sack. The advice was just to keep pulling it down. Then one day everything just seemed all loosened up and now I have to occasionally rearrange the boys to keep things comfortable.

At day 6 I was still a wreck. On day 14 I was begging the doc for stronger meds.
Give it time, you'll heal. Ice bags and when cleared to bathe a hot bath always helped me.

Hi guys,

You're right, it's only day 6. Your experiences really poor things in perspective. It's going to be a while.

I just had a shower the heart made all the pain disappear! That's the first time heart has ever done anything for me. You were all quite right, again. Number of times I read of this, yet here I am.

After, getting out of bed was excruciating, like having your balls on spikes, I think the walk around the garden was a mistake!

I'm calling the Dr in the morning for pain meds, I will not hold back in conveying my challenges!

Thanks for your insights!

I'm 3 mos, 1 week out and my scrotum is still sensitive. Now that I'm healed around the incision, I use an essential oil, olive oil blend. It keeps it lubed when I move or my jockstrap/underwear sticks to it. It gets immensely better (I can recall the razor-blade feeling when I sat down or stood up).

Hi, LeRoastBeef,

Judging from reading other guys' accounts on here, I don't know if there is anyone who doesn't still have some pain on the sixth day after surgery. I had quite a bit of discomfort for the first couple of weeks, at least. Now I'm 69 days out. Things are mainly good, and are slowly getting better and better, but I still need to rearrange myself sometimes when the pump presses uncomfortably against the skin of my ballsack.

Give it time.

Best,

I realise now that I should have been taking strong pain killers and just accepting that I'm going to be out of action for a while. Pretty daft to have persevered for as long I did without.
Just got tramadole, it's gooooooooooood.

Like a few drams in a tablet. I can see why addiction occurs.

Pain is still there when I get up though, body just needs time.
Thanks for setting me straight!

I'm 31 too and just passed the 3 week mark with my implant. Honestly the pain during the first 2 weeks was way more than I was expecting. Like you said, it felt like my whole dick and balls was full of razor blades every time I tried to adjust it. I just stayed inside my house in the same spot playing video games without moving as much as I could. And of course taking pain pills. For me the key was just staying seated in a comfortable reclined chair. Definitely continue to do that as much as you possibly can.

Hi wolfpacker!

That's exactly what I am doing. My friend lent me a switch. Playing supermario galaxy while reclining. Worse ways to spend recovery.

It's great to hear the words of a young fella, how is it going for you now?

Hey man, I am not that YouTuber lol. My thread is here, I do need to update it again and I'll probably do that today or tomorrow: viewtopic.php?t=17202

Recovery is going very well. Dr Eid told me I'd be cleared for sex on the 3 week mark. That date was this past Thursday, and it just so happened that I had planned to spend the weekend in a hotel with a lady friend of mine that weekend. So right on the 3 week anniversary of my surgery date I had sex with her. It was a bit painful especially when she got on top but as you can imagine, very awesome still. She had no idea about the implant as I pumped it while giving her oral. The next day we were about to have sex again and I decided to tell her about it. She was not phased and was happy I was honest with her and we proceeded to bone, and again the next day. I had no problem coming in her all 3 times. She wanted to have sex more than once a day but even with copious Tylenols, my poor dick was just way too sore lol.

All in all a very very successful trial run and I'm feeling super good about the implant, after a pretty scary first two weeks as you're experiencing now.
