considering implant - 35m PSSD and ED (South Africa)
35 male South Africa, long-term ED related to unhealthy lifestyle (stimulants, alcohol, smoking) and SSRI use. I have been using Kamagra and tadacip generics with good results, but recently more inconsistent results. I consulted a urologist who prescribed ciavor 20mg and results are good, but use of SSRIs creates a problem. Tried coming off SSRIs but then got PSSD symptoms. Should I continue on the ciavor until it stops working then go to implants? Any suggestions for surgeons in South Africa? I am looking at the Titan three-piece. Any suggestions?
35 gay male, top/vers. ED complicated by long-term SSRI and quetiapine use as well as smoking previously. Currently on 5mg cialis daily. Also tried sildenafil 25-100mg on demand, all successful.

If you've tried EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING and nothing works then yes go for the implant. The reason I say that is once you have the implant it's the last resort and NOTHING will work if you decide to have it removed. So let the implant be your last resort.

Agreed, you should completely exhaust combinations of pills (Viagra + Cialis together, add stendra, add a cock ring, etc) until you for sure cannot achieve a suitable erection for sex. I have an implant (Titan) and it's great but I used the pills for nearly 10 years until they totally stopped working. If pills worked I would've never gotten the implant.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

at the moment, having success with a generic tadalafil / tadacip 20mg but was without a prescription from an adult store... I am assuming the 20mg ciavor would be more trustworthy? Sildenafil/kamagra 100mg also does the trick. For how many years can I reliably use the ciavor if it works? You mentioned tadalafil+sildenafil, what dosage combinations can I consider for this? I have read some use 5mg tadalafil daily, and then sildenafil 50mg as needed... does anyone else use this?

Hi Implant_Curious,
If I understood your post correctly, You are RSS user and your medication is interfering with your ED medication (ciavor 20mg). It means, you are not having a strong erection to satisfy a woman.
This situation is making your depression and anxiety worse.
If I was you, I would get an implant sometime soon. You will be confident and being in control of your manhood will help you to alleviate your depression symptoms.
I respect, other members opinion but I am giving you an advice based on my experience that was similar than your situation. ED damaged very bad my mental health that I am always trying to avoid that young guys go through, what I went through and later in life regret haven't killed a monster named ED before.
I wish the best for you. Keep reading this forum, it helps a lot.

That is not completely the case no. I am using low-dose SSRI medications, which cause ED, and I do respond to generic tadalafil, but it is without prescription form India. Going to try ciavor (cialis clone) 20mg soon. I think it should be better than the tadacip. I am gay, so no interest in pleasuring a woman, lol. I am not depressed or anxious about ED. I am just not sure how long the ciavor will work. Kamagra helps too.

In South Africa you can even have full penis transplant.
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

The first full transplant was performed here yes, but it is not an available option obviously lol.

Why it isn’t available yet?

Yes 5mg tadalafil daily and sildenafil 50mg as needed is a very good combo. You can also bump it up to 100mg if needed. Also look into avanafil, it is a "second generation" ED pill that supposedly has faster onset and fewer side effects than sildenafil.
