I would just like to also add my support to trying a regular pumping programme for a few months before considering surgery. You might be very surprised at how much of you old size comes back and if so you'll be in a much better position for an implant if that's the route you go. You could also add in some jelqing- milking blood repeatedly from, the base to the glans with your hands moving over one another in an O shape. This is also very good for increasing length and general penile health if done carefully and not excessively. There is lots of information/videos on how to do it if you Google.

Both of the above might also help with your erectile function itself as well as size. Are you getting any nocturnal/morning erections at the moment? You said that the uros won't give you nightly cialis. Have you trialled cialis/viagra? If so, how did they work for you?

Boosts can you post a picture here? Sounds like you have had good results. I have tried to get ved to work for me but I can’t seem too. Could you put a top and side picture here of your best results?

I think around 8-8 1/2 it becomes impractical. If you look at pornstars like Danny D they can *rarely* bottom out. For me it actually hurts at the base if i got too hard to deep from hitting the cervix.

Anal might be another story though.
