Argh :( so implant cut out the blood flow to the glans in your case. Thats a pity. Did you try with viagra/cialis? Furthermore, i want to ask you if you had a regular surgery or a reconstructive surgery (with grafing and so on)

Blood supply to the glans does NOT come from the spongiosum tissue in the cavernosum. Its blood supply comes from a separate vein which should not be affected by implantation.
In my own case, blood does not flow to my glans even when I'm stimulated now, which it did prior to surgery. My surgeon claims nothing happened during the operation that would cause this result and there's nothing in the operative report to contradict that claim.
As I've stated in other posts, NOTHING that my surgeon has recommended or that I've suggested to him and tried has worked. It seems that my only hope is that blood flow to my glans will MAGICALLY return at some point!!!
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.

It sounds like something happened to the ARTERY that supplies blood to either your glans or the spongiosum. Either a clot or occlusion somewhere that never resolved, or damage/trauma and scar tissue formed to occlude the artery. Either that or a vein from the spongiosum that normally would clamp off during arousal somehow developed a severe leak.

When I say my glans would engorge before,it would with Tri mix.It will now also with my VED pump and using rings.I do that occasionally and it’s amazing the difference in size! From reading a lot of post on here it seems to be pretty common post procedure for this to happen!Mine really works well though and I’m very pleased.

I am NOT a doctor, but I am an anatomy and physiology expert. Arteries supply blood to the body from the heart. Blood must be supplied to every cell in the body or those cells die. That is why priapism is so dangerous. If an erection does not subside the penile tissues do not get fresh blood. The cells in your penis could die.

The most probable explaination is that blood flow out of the penis is not restricted. In a normal erections blood flow out of the penis it blocked. Arterial blood continues to enter which causes the erection. When pressure of the occluded blood rises to meet the level of arterial systolic pressure, no more blood can be pumped in. You wouldn't want the little fella to explode. Or in some of you, big fella.

In my case, the prostate removal also removed the nerves that engorge the sponginess, so I have a flat dick and soft glans.

Cscout, did you feel the cylinders tips? are they reaching the glans? Do you feel a floppy head? If the tips are reaching the glans and no floppy head, you might be able to get back your original length. Some patients get shorter after implant, but with continuous cycling they regain size.
Also, you didn't mention when did you have your implant. It is better to add a signature with details. There are a lot of experienced members on this forum who can help.

Sorry i haven't added more to signature .My story, got ed from prostate surgery,in oct. 2016used ved for about 4 months after and then had implant in march of 2017. I did not think i could lose 2 inches in 4 months being i never had ed before prostate surgery. So i'm trying to find a solution to short implant +no intercourse for about 3 1/2 years.
someone told me that if your a shower the doctors can see your length but if your a grower then the doctors can only give you your flaccid length.Makes sense i guess. I have to fix this for me and my wife.

Your Weapon will have a square flatish look for a long time. After 12 months mine did improve but not like a normal one. I dont think you will ever be 'round' again - the 'flat' one works fine.
